I filed a complaint with the BBB case # 42037625. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry SE with 40K. I noticed a small amount of over-spray on the front and back bumpers. I asked Sales Manager John Savage ab purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry SE with 40K. I noticed a small amount of over-spray on the front and back bumpers. I asked Sales Manager John Savage about this over-spray and he said that the car had some scratches in the bumper and was repainted to sell. So I purchase the car I wash the car off after it rained and notice the front bumper paint pilled off in chunks about the size of a softball keep in mind I've only owned the car 2 weeks and less than 200 miles. take it back to John and it tell me to my face that they didn't paint that area of the bumper and that repair is on me? What!! 2 weeks ago you told me it was repainted in that area.. really don't buy from this dealership or this guys unless you want a newer car back in the shop before you make your first car payment..nice work Kia of Dayton!!!
