This place is the worst, I bought a new car over a month ago and still they have yet to give me the vehicles registration. I've called 8 times. And they just plain old suck. Do not buy from here. Whatever you do, don’t get your car towed here for service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if y service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if you tow it in it takes 6-8 weeks just to be SEEN. They don’t cover a rental for all that time. No appointment can be made apparently. Just they’ll get to you in a few months when they finally get to you. And that’s just to diagnose it. its a joke. More
Went in with parents to buy a Kia went next day to pick it up, there was a small crack in the windshield that was not there when we test drove it. When my husband asked for it to be replaced he refused and it up, there was a small crack in the windshield that was not there when we test drove it. When my husband asked for it to be replaced he refused and was calling my husband a liar and said it was there the day before even though there were 4 of us that actually sat in the drivers seat and none of us saw it and it’s right in your view. Can’t miss it! He couldn’t give us any type of discount on the car and couldn’t even fix the windshield. Then Mike started to act childish and said oh maybe an elf came down and crack the windshield (Childish). Needless to say we asked for the check back and they said it was locked in a safe and that the safe wouldn’t open until Monday. My husband made a seen and somehow the safe magically opened and we got our check in hand. Another manager came over and apologized for the way MIKE was acting and offered to pay for half of the windshield but we were all set! If you read other reviews there is negative ones and it’s about the sales manager hmmm I wonder if it was MIKE! If you need a KIA go to KIA of Swansea go see Vinny he’s awesome and so is the sales team and managers! More
