The salesman let me walk out the door. That tells me the price they were quoting me was actually the lowest price. Even when they offered me the extended warranty, I knew how much it would cost and how much it would increase my payments and everything was accurate. No games. That's all we can ask for at a car dealership. More
Originally went in to browse as my current KIA lease was coming to an end within a few months. Was promptly greeted by the staff. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions…and I had MANY! As mentioned, I went in to browse that day. Visited another dealership and seriously considered buying another make and model. However, a few days later I returned to KIA of Dartmouth to work with Tracy and team. Ended up leasing another Telluride and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be a repeat customer. My experience from beginning to end was seamless and fast! It was a pleasure to meet and work with Tracy! Well done KIA of Dartmouth! More

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Brought in 1a 2015 Kia Rio due to loss of power. Kia Service told us there was no compression in the engine and it was cracked. We took the car to a local shop and the issue was that the catalytic converter was clogged. Had it replaced and the car runs like new. Was Kia fooling us trying to get 7,000 to replace the engine ? I would never trust this dealer again. More

While the timing wasn’t right for me, I came back to visit Keith over a year later and it seems like we were still part of the family and no time had passed. Conversations with Keith and the Kia of Dartmouth team always make me feel warm and welcome, and I realized it’s not only about the cars! Today I was able to drive off the lot with a new 2024 Kia Seltos SX to prepare for a new member of our family!
