Working with the Sales Manager, Mike was unbelievable. When I needed routine service I decided to try them despite the horrendous express I had with one of my 2012 Kia's with the Sales and Service Departments in Quincy by the old Shipyard. The folks in the service department at Kia of Dartmouth have broken the mold. Helger, Shawn, and the rest of the people there understand that the Customer Experience and the way your spoken to and treated makes the difference. Respect, Dignity, Honesty, Caring, and always ready to assist a customer aren't just a slogan or words. Helger and his team go beyond that and actually live by treating the customer as they'd like to be treated if they were the customer. The work that's performed is always done efficiently and correct the first time and on time when promised. Speaking for myself I have never been disappointed or left there after paying for services feeling that I've been milked, over sold, or taken advantage of. To the contrary I've always left feeling secure and that the folks of Kia of Dartmouth treat me as though I'm part of a family. Thank You Kia of Dartmouth!!! More

Wonderful Car Dealership I had a very pleasant and non-pressured used car buying experience at Kia of Dartmouth this past Friday evening. I was driving by and saw a used 2012 I had a very pleasant and non-pressured used car buying experience at Kia of Dartmouth this past Friday evening. I was driving by and saw a used 2012 Lexus ES350 in their used car lot and it caught my eye due to the fact that it was the same color scheme as my existing 2005 Lexus. As I was self viewing the new vehicle I was approached by as salesperson, David Beard. David was quite polite and courteous and did not display the stereotypical pushy car salesperson traits. David was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and convinced me to take it for a test drive. After the test drive we proceeded to the showroom to start negotiations. Believe it or not it was rather painless on both sides and a deal was made. It was late in the afternoon and close to closing time yet David and the entire Kia of Dartmouth staff needed to complete the deal stayed on and I actually drove the vehicle home that night. More

To bad for all the run around and being unorganized I can't say it was a total bad experience but I wished that I wasn't given the run around I asked to get my registration done as soon as possible bec I can't say it was a total bad experience but I wished that I wasn't given the run around I asked to get my registration done as soon as possible because of my job and I was planning a weekend getaway and all they did was hold me up... I understand we are legally OK to drive the car for 7 days without it but my job doesn't allow us to do so... Tried to explain that to me and I felt like it was going in one we and out the other mind you that I bought my car on Monday took it home Tuesday went back to sign papers then on Wednesday still had to go back to sign more papers then on Thursday things still weren't done and neither was it done on Friday... Wish they just moved things along like every other dealership and not give their customers the run around... Really hoping to get a call tomorrow sat that things are done but I doubt it... They will be to busy just looking busy... But my sales person Alex was awesome and he's always ready to help to him I give 5 ?? More
