Not what I expected I was a little leary of heading to Dartmouth Kia to look at vehicles, but I can now say it was a great experience. Horrible Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Sales manager was rude and tried to over price a lower model car. Thought because I was a women I wouldn't Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Sales manager was rude and tried to over price a lower model car. Thought because I was a women I wouldn't know the difference. I have experience with care dealers and have a family member who has been in the automotive field for 35 years. Needless to say when I said he was overcharging me he began being rude to both me and my wife. Told us the other car we bought 6 months early would break down because it wasn't a kia and then called us a bunch of "dikes". Left numerous messages for the owner Dana...received non call back. I will never buy from this dealership nor will any of my family or friends due to the awful experience we had. This place should be out of business. This is the Worse customer service I have ever seen. More
