Horrible, Waste of Time, and Insulting WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH. I would give zero stars if this review would let me. Lets start at that. I never write reviews however when WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH. I would give zero stars if this review would let me. Lets start at that. I never write reviews however when you are $300 dollars off on a purchase and walk away you typically expect a call back the next day. As expected I did receive a call back and set up another appointment for the next day expecting to go in, split the middle and walk away with a new car. Well... 2 hours later on a Saturday afternoon that was not the case. The dealership would not honor the price that was given to me 2 days prior, or the interest rate, or pretty much ANYTHING that was discussed 48 hours ago. Wednesday we were told their best offer was $13,300 out the door including the docking. Saturday I walk in and say OK lets do $13,150 and I'll buy the car right now. Quite frankly I was probably going to do the $13,300 before losing the car over $150. Little did I know we would have to talk probably to 5 different sales reps that day. Each manager saying they couldn't do what we were told 2 days prior and this was a bad deal for them and they needed to sell the car for $14,000 plus a $286 docking fee. Wednesday they said I could finance for 3.1% Saturday they were at 5%. OH, and even though they said they weren't going to.. I see on Credit Karma they ran a hard inquiry on my credit which brought my score down 5 points even though I said we weren't going to finance through them if 5% was their approximate rate. Eventually after 2 hours a final manager came over to us and said something to the effect of "Clearly were not going to make a deal here so why don't you guys just get out... ". I basically got kicked out of a dealership that I was willing to spend $13,300 at. If I knew that 2 days later their price would go up $1,000 and their rates would go up 2% I probably would have bought the car for the $13,300 but I'm actually glad I didn't and they didn't get a penny of my money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I actually feel like I walked out of that place with a lower IQ on Saturday from listening to those sales reps who had no idea what they were talking about. Glad I am spending my money elsewhere. I would not suggest Kia of Dartmouth to anybody. More

KIA Sportage 2011 I had totalled my vehicle and was looking on True Car.com for a Kia. I found this 2011 Kia Sportage and I was the only customer who had test drove I had totalled my vehicle and was looking on True Car.com for a Kia. I found this 2011 Kia Sportage and I was the only customer who had test drove this Kia as it had just come in from a previous customer who traded for a new one. My Salesman David was great and I was nervous about a loan as the insurance company had not paid off my previous vehicle as of yet, but they found me a loan that worked with me and I even got an extended warranty for 48,000 miles as the new car warranty had expired. I did have great service just went to give them the funds to register my vehicle and now will be waiting to see how that process goes as I will have to meet them at the Police Station for a vin check. More

I came in, as requested, as they wanted my 2015 Kia Sportage. Even though I now live an hour away, I stayed loyal to the same Kia dealership as the first time went smoothly. Needless to say, they negotiated an OK deal (after a very embarrassing initial offer) and part of the deal was a car starter. Living an hour away, making a FOURTH trip just for auto start (initial visit, second visit - come back to sign finance paperwork since the finance guy left for the day before I could do that (3pm), and third visit - come back to get plates!) was not an option. I got a quote from a local place that was $105 more than what they say they pay (if it wasn't a push to start it wouldn't have been more than the $210 the dealership is "offering" to give me).SO, even though I put a couple of thousand down just to make the deal work with them, they are nickle & diming me over $105? Lamont was a nice guy to deal with but his management makes the decisions and they have the worst customer service! I won't be back after this lease is over unless they resolve this issue. More
