The new owners are phenomenal at reaching to customers who might not be pleased with Sales or Service and as they say, "bend over backwards" to negotiate an amiable solution. I am such a customer and I can't recall an auto dealership trying so much to ensure that a customer is retained by positively meeting the customers needs. Great job in turning a negative experience into an overwhelming positive one by offering generous resolutions! Kudos! More
Service department very disorganized! I made an appointment for an oil change and factory recall work. Was told 2 hours, tops. Came back after 3 hours and my car was outside but no one could find my paperwork. Come to find out, I had been bumped for a walk in customer. Was offered a loaner, but then told they didn't have any available. 5 hours after I'd arrived at my appointment my car was finally done. The final insult was when I was urged to give them a score of 10 when Kia calls. Yeah, right. Avoid this place like the plague. More
