I had a request outside of my appointment to have my front license plate bracket put on and they assured me it would be no issue if it was in stock. Oil changes are taking longer I have been taking my vehicle to the Kia service department since I purchased it in 2015 and the last several times I have taken my vehicle in for an I have been taking my vehicle to the Kia service department since I purchased it in 2015 and the last several times I have taken my vehicle in for an oil change with a scheduled appointment the service has taken more than an hour to complete. With my last visit I had an appointment and had my vehicle at the service center on time but for some reason only an oil change took an hour and 40 mins. I will not be using their service center in the future. More
