The service was friendly and took care of my problems immediately however the prices were exaggerated. Change a filter for $130!!! Excellent service on the car and excellent customer service. The Service Department let me know what was needed, answered all my questions and had the car back to me in a timely fashion. Everyone at Kia Cherry Hill was very pleasant and professional. From Kathy who scheduled my recall service, to Nicky the lot man, Steve who facilitated the recall repairs and Sam the shuttle driver professional. They were most kind and fit me in for my first service the day they were MOST swamped, but best for me. I was going on a long road trip and was concerned about my car needed to have it's very first servi the day they were MOST swamped, but best for me.
