Brittany in service was extremely short-tempered and borderline rude. I had hoped to make them my continued Kia service facility, but after Brittany hung up on me rudely, that will never be. I started what I hoped would be a continuing long term service relationship with Kia of Cherry Hill service. It seemed that Andrew was going to play a good role as intermediary, keeping me informed about service relationship with Kia of Cherry Hill service. It seemed that Andrew was going to play a good role as intermediary, keeping me informed about my newly purchased Kia while it was in their care. BOY, DID THAT HOPE TURN SOUR FAST. First, it seems you cant depend on the multiple phone answering personnel to get you though to your intended service person. Compound that by the very snotty attitude I got from Brittany, (found out later she's a cashier, not a service rep), who kept talking over my questions about my car, and hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone who actually could answer my questions. Next day I'm told that I was accused of yelling at her; (when they saw I had written an honest review of that horrible experience on Google reviews), but you can't hide poor conduct and unprofessional behavior(s) by lying about someones honest experiences........ I suspect that the dealership is too busy to handle their multitude of tasks properly, and thus turn the insanity over to belligerent cashiers like Brittany, or whoever may be able to try and field what the regular staff can't handle. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING KIA OF CHERRY HILL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I WILL TAKE MY KIA MANY MILES IN ANOTHER DIRECTION BEFORE GIVING THEM CONSIDERATION EVER AGAIN, AND WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK, IT WAS VERY MUCH DIRTIER THAN WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT!!!
