This story is going to seem too unreal to be true but I assure you it is. I initially bought a 2011 Sorento about 16 months. Ago being my first new car purchase I did not do my research and bought the Suv. assure you it is. I initially bought a 2011 Sorento about 16 months. Ago being my first new car purchase I did not do my research and bought the Suv. After taking it home and doing some research I found out I overpaid by about 5,000. In the 16 months I have had the car I have repeatedly had to take the SUV in for service on 4 separate occasions I took it in for a window that gets stuck and will not roll up- still not fixed. Bluetooth unit has not worked right since I bought the car. Panic alarm on car has never worked. I had to take in twice for the back camera not working the second time it was replaced. I recently took it in for a issue with the hard shifting I was experiencing. They were unable to find a problem so they reflashed the ECU ( trying to hide the problem instead of fixing) well 2 weeks later back at the shop for same issue. Was told transmission was shot and needed to be replaced 16 months old 33k miles crazy right? Well the one day job turned into 3 days. When I went to pick up the suv I asked about trading it in. I will discuss that next. So the deal doesn't work out and I end up leaving and taking SUV with me. Not less then one mile from the dealer I notice loud noise coming from front wheel. I take SUV back and wait for the call. I get the call from service and they tell me they have to replace the axle??I ask how did they break my axle replacing the transmission. Of course no answer is given just I'm sorry we will fix it. I then get a call its not the axle its the axle boot it will be ready tomorrow. I then later in the day get 3rd call saying its not axle boot it was loose bolt in transmission plate. How they can misdiagnose from broken axle to loose bolt is beyond me. So I pick up the SUV the next day after work-of course service dept is gone and notice while driving home that now my steering wheel is out of alignment. I call this morning very upset and ask to speak to service manager. Was told John would be in shortly must be stuck in traffic. I call an hour later and now am told John wont be in until 10. My girlfriend then calls from her phone asks for the service manager and is told he's in a meeting all day - when she expressed anger she was told they were not going to deal with her and hung up.Great customer service. Called today for the GM Bob Kopp was told he would call me back by end of day. Well I'm sure its no surprise I never received a call. So my horror story on trying to trade the car in on Saturday. I spoke with John in service told him I was very upset they can not repair the window or bluetooth issue and concerned about the new transmission having to be put in. I asked to speak to someone who could get me out of the car. So I was directed to the world famous sales manager Bernard Giehl. Who fed me a story about how he wanted to get the bad taste out of my mouth. He told me he could get me close to the 28,000 I owed on the car -within a few hundred dollars. I told him I would like to get into a smaller car and payment. I was shown a 22k optima which was ok but not like the fully loaded SUV I was driving. I asked to test drive the optima hybrid. We were told by the sales man its more money your not gonna like it. We had to almost beg to drive the hybrid. We liked it said lets work a deal. Went back in and Bernard was like well its a 30k hybird your payments going to go up. Why not a loaded optima around 30 k payment will be about the same. I told him I didn't understand how a 27k hybrid would be more then a 30k optima. He said he could discount the regular optima and keep my payments around what I payed now. I said I was interested in that I wanted info on the hybrid. Well 3 hours of him going back and forth and checking into stuff left him telling me the best they could do was a payment of 657 vs the 500 I was paying for the SUV at an interest rate of 16.99. He over inflated what my actual payoff was and flat out refused to discount the car. Today I visited freehold KIA and got a optima Hybrid with a substantial discount off the 30k sticker at interest rate of half of what the best Bernard and his crew could do. If looking for a KIA visit Martin and Tom at Freehold KIA where they treat the customer right. I will never do business with Cherry Hill KIA again and will ensure as many people as I can possible tell hear my nightmare story of horrible service and neglect on the part of this deplorable business More
Labor charge for work that there should not be a labor charge. When replacing a timing belt the water pump has to come off. If you have the water pump also replaced then they charge for (2) two separate j charge. When replacing a timing belt the water pump has to come off. If you have the water pump also replaced then they charge for (2) two separate jobs. However, the laborcharge should only be for the Timing belt, plus parts. They are ripping the customer off, and the service is bad. Vehicles over (3) three years old they find many faults putting fear in the customer to buy/lease a new vehicle More
I brought my 07 Sedona for service. I brought it in for an oil change and to fix a tire, along with some other warranty issues. I informed Dave that I wanted an OIL CHANGE. Dave wrote down, in his own writ an oil change and to fix a tire, along with some other warranty issues. I informed Dave that I wanted an OIL CHANGE. Dave wrote down, in his own writing, 4000k service. I did not see that Dave wrote something different from what I said. I signed the papers and left. Why would Dave write something different than what I said down as I was saying it? The next day, I pick up my Sedona, get home and realize that I was charged $54.95 instead of the usual $33 dollars or so. I called and spoke to Dave who was adamant that I "signed" for the services. I NEVER authorized this service. I was then handed over to one of the most rude and ignorant managers that I have ever spoken too. Pat was condescending, disrespectful, and flat out ignorant. He kept repeating over and over again that I signed for it. Dave clearly wrote down the wrong thing and then charged me more money. Pat informed me that I have to opt out of the 4000 mile service at the time of scheduling. How is a person supposed to opt of a service that they don't know they are getting. I will be contacting an attorney and the attorney general about this blatant fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
The service manager has done work after authorization had been given and then retracted due to price gouging. The work had not been started at the time authorization was retracted. On the phone the service m been given and then retracted due to price gouging. The work had not been started at the time authorization was retracted. On the phone the service manager reported the repairs had been started but a quick visit 10 min later revealed that no work had been started and I revoked verbal authorization until a better price had been presented. The service manager had preceded to start work regardless. This is why I have given them a badf rating and would not recommend getting any vehicles or having service repairs done at this facility. Service manager at the mitsubishi/ suzuki dealership had priced gouged me on repairs and proceded to start work after authorization was revoked. The service manager originally lied to me on the phone and sa priced gouged me on repairs and proceded to start work after authorization was revoked. The service manager originally lied to me on the phone and said repairs were underway and upon arrival 10 min later, the car had not been worked on. I would not recommend this snake in the grass service manager to trust. Do not take your car to these people to get it fixed. I still have to check to see if new parts were installed after it stops raining. More

Chrysler even told me I had to take the vehicle to the dealer that sold me the truck!

I have currently filed a small claims court case against Cherry Hill Triplex for damages. Here's the kicker.......
They are countering with a suit claiming that I supposedly did not pay for repair services of over $900 dollars. Took 99 Subaru Impreza for repairs and took over one month and 3 tries to fix the car. After waiting for a part to arrive from Japan, the car was finished, except we noticed that gas was splashing all month and 3 tries to fix the car. After waiting for a part to arrive from Japan, the car was finished, except we noticed that gas was splashing all over the engine compartment and driveway as returned home. They forgot the seals that keep the fuel contained in the fuel injector. The service here is pathetic - Subaru's National Headquarters is only a couple of miles down the street - they were embarrassed by these idiots and were very helpful in resolving the matter. We took the car to Miller Subaru in Mt. Holly where we bought our Legacy Outback and they fixed the car immediately. Miller Subaru is so far superior to Cherry Hill that only a fool would buy from Cherry Hill - I'd rather pay MSRP or more than deal with the incompetent idiots at Cherry Hill! More
