She remained positively engaged even while dealing with my husband who was doubtful in having a positive experience after reading past negative complaints. By the end of the deal my husband was more willing to give the dealership a chance to prove him wrong. Rita's service was a large part of his decision. John R., and Cladia were also extremely cooperative. When there was an agreement difference in the financing both John and Cladia resolved the issue. AJ was also personable and accommodating. There wasn't any request that was asked that he did not fulfill. Two days after purchasing the car a tire pressure sensor had to be replaced. I contacted George T in Service department who made an immediate appointment and resolved the problem. The team related that the dealership was working towards improving the overall rating and it is believed that they are on their way. More

My car's A/C was not working. They determined the condenser needed replacement. The service manager said they would give me a deal on one. I was ultimately charged 459. (I wouldn't use the word "d condenser needed replacement. The service manager said they would give me a deal on one. I was ultimately charged 459. (I wouldn't use the word "deal", but many weeks later, I found the price was not as terrible as I originally thought -- I could have gotten the same part for 405.) He led me to believe the price for everything that day would be $700. I couldn't wait there, so they brought me home. When I got back to pick-up the car (about 4pm), all the service managers were gone. The total bill was $934. No one would answer my questions about why the price was $200+ more than I thought. Everyone just played dumb. They just wanted my credit card. I later contacted them twice to let them know how upset and dissatisfied I was, and got no response. When I submitted a very unfavorable review on this web site, I was contacted, via this same website, and I had a good discussion with Chris via site messages. He/She explained some things that helped me understand the costs. I decided I would tone down the review, but mentioned that I am still disappointed at the part cost and the misunderstanding of the total cost. I changed the Overall Experience from "Very Bad" to "OK" because the part price was within reason, and the misunderstanding of the total cost could be explained by lack of communication on both our parts. As with any repair shop, don't be afraid to ask questions. Most of us are clueless about car repair, so make sure you explain back to them what your understanding is. More
I would have to say going to the Cherry Hill Triplex was the worst experience of my life! I bought a used 2000 Jeep Wrangler. A week after I bought it I got gas and after I filled my tank up I went to start the worst experience of my life! I bought a used 2000 Jeep Wrangler. A week after I bought it I got gas and after I filled my tank up I went to start the jeep and it wouldn't start! I took it in to the shop and they fixed the problem. After that I cam back 2 more times for different issues then the battery but both times the same issue...it had a bad smell coming off of it. They claimed to have fixed but they didn't. All three times they sent me home in a rental car. The said it was paid for but all three times i had to pay a fee of $35 and have my insurance cover the rental. I took the Jeep to an ASE Certified mechanic and everything he told me that was wrong with it the mechanics at the Triplex never listed. They were basically fixing things that didn't need to be fixed. I went there today to see if they would help with the expenses I have been paying for to have my jeep fixed by a mechanic and they said no bring it here. So i had a real good mechanic diagnose the problem correctly now you guys are gonna go off of what he said to now fix it?? NO you should have fixed it correctly the first time!!! And their mechanics misdiagnosed my Jeep before why would I bring it back and pay them to do it again?!?! they told me they couldn't help me and basically laughed in my face saying "you came in here and bought a used car with over 95,000 miles on it thats your fault" I'm mortified and left there in tears. I'm embarrassed and now shelling out more money so I could get the Jeep fixed correctly. Please if you ever think of purchasing a vehicle from there, think of my story. I already went through this I'm warning you so you wont have to! I'm stuck with this now and I don't think anyone deserves this. Please tell everyone you know so this wont happen to an innocent person again. More

I Had ordered a part fron one of their affiliate sites, and ran into many technical difficluties with the site. My order had processed and I did not receive information in regards to my order for a few wee and ran into many technical difficluties with the site. My order had processed and I did not receive information in regards to my order for a few weeks and ended up getting my money returned to me via PayPal. I contacted the Dealer and displayed my dissapointemnt in the lack of communication. BUT>>>>>> I was contaced by one of the parts managers and he expressed his concern for my poor experience and invited me to call and work with them to make it right. He found the parts I requested and promplty got them in the mail for a slightly discounted price to me ASAP. Like anyplace that is striving to make their name better, if you point out where you feel wronged without being a threat, usally it will work out for the best interest of both parties. More
This story is going to seem too unreal to be true but I assure you it is. I initially bought a 2011 Sorento about 16 months. Ago being my first new car purchase I did not do my research and bought the Suv. assure you it is. I initially bought a 2011 Sorento about 16 months. Ago being my first new car purchase I did not do my research and bought the Suv. After taking it home and doing some research I found out I overpaid by about 5,000. In the 16 months I have had the car I have repeatedly had to take the SUV in for service on 4 separate occasions I took it in for a window that gets stuck and will not roll up- still not fixed. Bluetooth unit has not worked right since I bought the car. Panic alarm on car has never worked. I had to take in twice for the back camera not working the second time it was replaced. I recently took it in for a issue with the hard shifting I was experiencing. They were unable to find a problem so they reflashed the ECU ( trying to hide the problem instead of fixing) well 2 weeks later back at the shop for same issue. Was told transmission was shot and needed to be replaced 16 months old 33k miles crazy right? Well the one day job turned into 3 days. When I went to pick up the suv I asked about trading it in. I will discuss that next. So the deal doesn't work out and I end up leaving and taking SUV with me. Not less then one mile from the dealer I notice loud noise coming from front wheel. I take SUV back and wait for the call. I get the call from service and they tell me they have to replace the axle??I ask how did they break my axle replacing the transmission. Of course no answer is given just I'm sorry we will fix it. I then get a call its not the axle its the axle boot it will be ready tomorrow. I then later in the day get 3rd call saying its not axle boot it was loose bolt in transmission plate. How they can misdiagnose from broken axle to loose bolt is beyond me. So I pick up the SUV the next day after work-of course service dept is gone and notice while driving home that now my steering wheel is out of alignment. I call this morning very upset and ask to speak to service manager. Was told John would be in shortly must be stuck in traffic. I call an hour later and now am told John wont be in until 10. My girlfriend then calls from her phone asks for the service manager and is told he's in a meeting all day - when she expressed anger she was told they were not going to deal with her and hung up.Great customer service. Called today for the GM Bob Kopp was told he would call me back by end of day. Well I'm sure its no surprise I never received a call. So my horror story on trying to trade the car in on Saturday. I spoke with John in service told him I was very upset they can not repair the window or bluetooth issue and concerned about the new transmission having to be put in. I asked to speak to someone who could get me out of the car. So I was directed to the world famous sales manager Bernard Giehl. Who fed me a story about how he wanted to get the bad taste out of my mouth. He told me he could get me close to the 28,000 I owed on the car -within a few hundred dollars. I told him I would like to get into a smaller car and payment. I was shown a 22k optima which was ok but not like the fully loaded SUV I was driving. I asked to test drive the optima hybrid. We were told by the sales man its more money your not gonna like it. We had to almost beg to drive the hybrid. We liked it said lets work a deal. Went back in and Bernard was like well its a 30k hybird your payments going to go up. Why not a loaded optima around 30 k payment will be about the same. I told him I didn't understand how a 27k hybrid would be more then a 30k optima. He said he could discount the regular optima and keep my payments around what I payed now. I said I was interested in that I wanted info on the hybrid. Well 3 hours of him going back and forth and checking into stuff left him telling me the best they could do was a payment of 657 vs the 500 I was paying for the SUV at an interest rate of 16.99. He over inflated what my actual payoff was and flat out refused to discount the car. Today I visited freehold KIA and got a optima Hybrid with a substantial discount off the 30k sticker at interest rate of half of what the best Bernard and his crew could do. If looking for a KIA visit Martin and Tom at Freehold KIA where they treat the customer right. I will never do business with Cherry Hill KIA again and will ensure as many people as I can possible tell hear my nightmare story of horrible service and neglect on the part of this deplorable business More
