Incompetent I've been a Kia owner for years, I drive an 05 Kia Rio, nothing fancy, but perfect for my needs. Its getting a bit old so I was thinking of getting a new car next year - but, thanks to YOU folks, I will NOT BE BUYING A KIA. Not from Kia of Cherry Hill, nor any other make or model sold at the Cherry Hill Triplex dealerships. And I'll do my best to spread the word on social media (I do this social media thing for a living...believe me, I know WHY you have "Reviews" turned off on your business profile. So read this well. And share it with your service manager, and whoever the poor soul is that handles your Social Media and Online Reputation efforts) My car broke down on May 14, took it to my mechanic, needs a new transmission he told me. No worries, its a small price to pay to have a dependable car for another year, right? "I just have to order the part from the dealership.", my mechanic says. He orders the part from Kia of Cherry Hill on May 15th. He is told the part will be delivered on May 31st. Then a week later, Kia of Cherry Hill says, "The part will be delivered on June 5th". "Ok....thats a long time for me to be driving a loaner, but, whatever." I think. But, the part doesn't even arrive on June 5th. On June 6th, my mechanic tells me the dealership doesn't know WHEN the part will arrive. I think hes leading me on, so I tell him to give ME their number, I'll call myself. I call 856-382-2318, and speak to a lady who tells me that MAYBE my part will be in by the end of the month. MAYBE. MAYBE? She lays the blame at the feet of Kia Corporate...good job passing the buck there. Its not YOUR fault, it must the fault of the faceless corporation that isn't even based in the USA. Nice try. This was YOUR word, Kia of Cherry Hill. You blew it. Don't pass the buck. You "have no idea where the part is"? Its a transmission, not your keys or your wallet. How do you misplace something that big? You mean to tell me in 2018, when I can order something from one company, pay for it through another company, have the order fulfilled by a third company, and my package delivered by a fourth company....and track it via the internet ON MY PHONE!, that Kia cant track something as big as a transmission that its sending to itself? If this is true, you're incompetent. If its a lie to cover your rear end, you're idiotic. But - I bet you'll have no problem finding the $900 parts invoice you'll send my mechanic, will you? You'll know exactly where that is. Well, I'm going to use everything I have, no matter how miniscule it may be, to make sure everyone knows what a GREAT job you're NOT doing Kia of Cherry Hill. Yelp, Google, the BBB and more are next. More

Michelle L. White was my Sales person & I tell you - she is phenomenal! Test drove 2 cars but didn't love either enough to trade in my Sorento. Michelle was patient, informative and attentive. No pressure at all. The 3rd car was the charm. I received a GREAT deal & I left with a new car I ABSOLUTELY 💕 & a $100 restaurant gift card. Highly recommend Michelle! More
