Excellent and Friendly Service I showed up no with appointment due to my work schedule, but the staff was so friendly and more than willing to ensure that I could get my car service I showed up no with appointment due to my work schedule, but the staff was so friendly and more than willing to ensure that I could get my car serviced. It was explained to me exactly what needed to be done and the pricing was much lower than another Kia dealership I had contacted. I plan on using this location for all future service needs! More

Very good service experience I easily scheduled my 2017 Kia Sorento for recall service. My service work took less than 1 hour to complete including several other recall items tha I easily scheduled my 2017 Kia Sorento for recall service. So Nice! I had service on my car last week and I couldn’t of been happier with my experience from the moment of drop off to pick up. Very pleasant employees an I had service on my car last week and I couldn’t of been happier with my experience from the moment of drop off to pick up. Very pleasant employees and genuine. Also, it was nice to have free shuttle service back home and they picked me up to get my car when it was done. Everyone I came in contact with was just so nice. I also felt the bill was fair. People may not agree to take your car to the dealership for service but I’d rather it go to the place where people are most familiar with my car. More

Fast & efficient Brought my Optima in for a software update. Asked for an oil change and said itd be an hour and a half. 1 hour later I was driving away. Joe Bell was my service adviser. Joe got to me right away and he was quite pleasant. My Optima was in for an oil change and routine checkup.
