aaahhhhhhh Where do I start? My nightmare started well over 3 years ago with this dealership! After many years of wanting a new 1st time car I got a 2002 Eclipse GS. I was so excited and it only had 10 over 3 years ago with this dealership! After many years of wanting a new 1st time car I got a 2002 Eclipse GS. I was so excited and it only had 10 miles! I spent 3 hours on a Saturday working numbers and was promised a deal. I sold my current car and went to the dealership that Tuesday. To my surprise, my salesman was fired for misquoting me and others. After many tears and no car I had no choice but to sign for a ridiclious deal!

So I cruised around back and forth to Rutgers trying to get over my high monthly payment. After 3 months, my transmission was slipping. I was told by service that the wrong transmission fluid was put into the car and they flushed it out and refilled the fluid. I picked the car up on a Sat. and 1 hr. later, trans was slipping again. Once again, took car back Monday and fought to get atleast a comparable rental car for I had a base model neon which was not worth my $405 payment a month! Little did I know that I would have the rental car for 3 WEEKS! I had to keep calling service to check the status of my car which I was given the worst excuses ever. After 3 weeks they said I needed to pick up the car and drive it 400 miles to get the new trans fluid thru it. My reply was figure out how the factory got the fluid thru b/c my car only had 10 miles on it when I bought it, not 400! I demanded an engineer to look at the car and it was finally "approved". CH Triplex said they had to convince the eng. to agree to a new transmission. At this time my sunroof motor was also poorly functioning.

Once the new transmission was installed the car ran smoothly but the sunroof was still not working properly. Three months later $400 was taken from my checking account!!!! It was from the rental car co. b/c the service Mgr never paid the rental car bill, he stole the money!!! Needless to say, he was fired and I had to tell my whole story to a new Mgr. Three months later, that new mgr. was fired also and I had to retell my horror all over again to a 3rd Mgr!

I filed a complaint early on with Mitsubishi Motors and was promised a FREE monthly payment for all my troubles. Thank the lord I was smart enough to write everything down!!! After I did not receive the FREE monthly payment I took my case to Lemon Law Lawyers in CH, NJ. Amy Cox was my savior. Mitsubishi tried to fight me and after 10 months they ended up settling out of court & offered me a refund of $5000 but I also had to keep the car. I accepted the deal to stop my 2.5 year long headache with this car! The car is now 3.5 yrs. old and here are my troubles still: Sunroof NEVER fixed, passenger side power window motor broken, AC broken, trunk latch never worked properly, and so on!

Please, I beg all of you who consider this dealership......DON'T GO THERE!!!!! I have seen their bogus $89 and $8000 commercials. I went to college with one of the "actors", it was a gig not a real testimonial.

More
My husband and I left what we were told by Chuck was a "completely refundable" $500.00 check with Chuck, who was to look for a 2005 Grand Caravan, Dark Blue or Maroon, with all the features we both had co "completely refundable" $500.00 check with Chuck, who was to look for a 2005 Grand Caravan, Dark Blue or Maroon, with all the features we both had copies of AND he was to measure in inches the space in the far back of the vehicle he did have on the lot. My husband needs an electric scooter to get around, being 100% disabled, and Chuck was told it was necessary that the scooter fit in the back. Although he did call telling my husband he could not get the color(s) we wanted, demanding we choose another color, he never bothered to measure the back and give me the length and width. Although he had assured me the check would not be cashed IT WAS CASHED THE NEXT REGULAR BUSINESS DAY AFTER I GAVE IT TO HIM ! That was January 18th. It has been six (6) weeks and we cannot get our money back. We have gone back to see Chuck; he did nothing but argue with us - acted very insulted that we bought elsewhere; we were told the "manager is out right now, but will be back Monday". We have called and left all our info at least 10 times with one person or another. No one has had the decency to even call back. Some of them actually respond with "I don't know the manager's name."
Give me a break. This is five hundred dollars of our money !
The BBB is getting a report from this family. I would never send anyone to this car dealer. More
i bought my 04 jeep liberty from there and never again will i buy at this dealership. i had a service contract on the jeep for free oil change for there dealership and i was told and so was my roommate th will i buy at this dealership. i had a service contract on the jeep for free oil change for there dealership and i was told and so was my roommate that came with me that we can get the oil change done in pa where i live since there was no way i would be able to get to jersey every other month to get the oil change done there. and they would give me the money after the oil change was done well year later i am still fighting with them. also for inspection on the truck i was told to get that done in pa and they would pay for it and of couse they are not.
IF YOU TELL SOMEONE THAT YOU WOULD PAY FOR SOMETHING AND THEN YOU DO NOT I FEEL THAT IS THE WORST KIND OF DEALERSHIP. THAT MEANS I CAN NOT TRUST ANYTHING YOU TELL ME. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP OR TELL ANYONE TO BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP. I AM SORRY I EVER WENT THERE. THEY ROB YA INSTEAD OF HELP YA.
MB More
This place is horrible. My wife and I bought a car here 1 1/2 weeks ago. They kept us there for over 6 hours while they "Tried to get us approved" Once I threatened to leave, they came out and said we were a 1/2 weeks ago. They kept us there for over 6 hours while they "Tried to get us approved" Once I threatened to leave, they came out and said we were approved and could take the car home. This was a Friday. They told us to come back Monday to sign all the papers. When we went back, they handed us papers with a payment that was almost $70 a month more than we were told on Friday. So once again I told them to take the keys back and keep the car. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth they came to us with the payment we originally were told. Then we started discussing items that needed to be taken care of like water in the tail light, missing ashtray, vibration in the front end and a crack in the windshield. They had us bring the car back last night to take care of all the work today. The salesman called me around 6:00pm tonight and said everything was done to come pick it up. When we got there, the only thing done was the tailight was replaced. When I asked the salesman about it, he turned around and went and got a manager. The manager told me he had no idea what was done to call him the next day and he would find out. I told him I wanted to know what was done before I leave and I wanted a receipt. He told me not to tell him what to do. Then told me to take my F*in car and get off his F*in lot and never come back, as he proceded to stick his finger in my face. When I told him not to stick his finger in my face, he then unbuttoned his jacket and asked me what I was going to do about it. Then said he was going to call the cops if I didn't leave, so I told him to go ahead. He then asked me to come into his office without my wife, like I am that stupid.

I then got the original manager we were dealing with and had a nice calm talk with him. He claims he will take care of everything for me on Friday. I guess we will see. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. In fact, we are seeking to file a complaint with the President of the company, the BBB and possibly the Cherry Hill Police. I am even thinking of talking to a lawyer. If anyone else has had a similar experience and would like to join forces, please let me know. This place and their rude employees should not be allowed to continue doing business this way. More
We dealt with Josh on the phone, John Allen was our salesman & "steve" was the "salesmanager" though we have no proof of his last name. During our visit there we were verbally harrassed, humiliated & I salesman & "steve" was the "salesmanager" though we have no proof of his last name. During our visit there we were verbally harrassed, humiliated & I was injured. I have anxiety & panic disorders & this visit sent me into attacks requiring the use of Ativan to calm me down. Their advertising on TV & the website were full of lies & their selling practices are horrible. We were "preapproved" for an SUV calling their number & using their online app. (and told that we could leave the lot with ANY truck on it. We didnt want one of the new $23k SUVs we wanted a used one maybe 2-5 yrs old) We told Josh we wanted to be sure we could get an SUV before driving down there. After driving 2 hrs to the dealership that "caters" to those with bad credit we were told that we were not approved for what we were looking for & could only get a new sedan. During this time I slipped on a wet step in the doorway & fell. 3 employees saw this & one commented. I received no help or concern. When speaking to "steve" the sales manager about the lack of concern & being lied to about the SUV he proceeded to harrass us & call us names incl. "Low lifes who dont pay your bills" & accused me point blank of lying about falling just to scam them (I asked for an icepack & asked why I wasnt asked to fill out an accident report.) He told us he didnt know anything about accident reports & as a sales manager didnt have business cards & wouldnt tell us his name because "if scum like us dont buy a car from him we dont need his card." He then threatened to call the cops on us. We told him to do it, & we would have THEM fill out the accident report, he refused to. He called us scum & ordered us off the lot, Needless to say we didnt buy a sedan from them. They also dont have any of the cars/trucks listed on their website & their excuse "its not always updated" & their "$5 sale & $89 & you're fine" sales are lies..

John would NOT tell us what our trade was worth and since we were looking for a used vehicle in a certain cost range I am betting we would not have gotten the "$8000-$10000 trade.

I am wondering if I shouldnt take them to Small claims court to get some sort of justice in return for what they did to us. Its been 2 days and I am still near tears over the things that so called manager had said to us, not counting the pain I am in from the fall.

We reported them to the BBB. And doing a check I found there have been other reports to them that Cherry Hill hasnt resolved. They havent even replied to at least one complaint. The complaints are about Advertising, Selling practices and Service. The main complaint I saw in the BBB still showing was....

Customer Experience

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s). I happened to stumble across this site and made the d did a credit application online. They called me and told me that I was approved no money down. I happened to stumble across this site and made the decision to not make the 2-3 hour drive. Thank you and may God bless you all who reported this dealership and their shady tactics. Dealer ran commerical no credit check bad credit no problem went to view their site and saw SUV so inquired and got response from Donna.I explained credit maybe problem and co-signer might be required problem went to view their site and saw SUV so inquired and got response from Donna.I explained credit maybe problem and co-signer might be required but I could not bring cosigner in due to illness she said just bring in drivers license and social security# .After I saw vehicle test drove I was brought into sign application I was told I was accepted you are the ower of a new Jeep. They said you have to come back this week to finish paper work,so they had me sign a little paper work and salesman followed me home 30 miles on Tuesday I returned to sign paper work when I was greeted by manager who said sorry to inform you that your credit wasn't approved I said I was told Sat.I was he said it was a weekend and the bank cannot approve on weekend.I was lied to and I had spoke to salesman earlier the day I was coming back and asked him what is all the paper work I must sign he said I have no idea they won't tell me.So the manager had me there and said can you get a co-signer and I said why didn't you ask me when I talked to salesman earlier today so I could either look for a signer or have someone follow me back after I gave truck back I got some excuse so I got a signer and waited an hour to do paper work I went to the door to stand outside and smoke when the manager saw me and said do not leave if you do this will ruin your credit.I asked how am I going to get a co-signer here they made an appt to send out a rep to my home at 7:00 p.m. following night.I had to be there because I did not know the rep and the signer did not like to be alone with strangers so what happens they call my home while at work to say that they are coming at 11:30 a.m. instead of set time I called them and said you can't make that decision I told you the time and I must be there the rep said my manager wanted me to go earlier another lie.Last I told salesman I had my own $2,500 stereo he failed to say it had a 10 disc changer so I paid for something I did not want and when I went to put discs in the magazine it was not in truck along w back compartment cover, cargo net, washer fluid, and full tank.I was also charged $600 for gap ins.then it was $500 at signing other paper work I also saw fee $2,000 and asked what it was they said the bank charges that on top of a $2500 deposit and a 72 month term.I would not wish Cherry Hill Subaru jeep kia dealer on my worst enemy scammers, unprofessional, poor communication!!!!. I was treated very poorly and they were very dishonest. I left with the dealership with a used 2001 Camry. 1 hour after purchasingg the car off the lot, the "check engine" light illuminated. I brought i I left with the dealership with a used 2001 Camry. 1 hour after purchasingg the car off the lot, the "check engine" light illuminated. I brought it in the next day. I tried to return the car and they said that I had signed the contract and it could not be returned. My friends and I tried to reason with them to give us a better deal and they did not want to work with us and they were extremely nasty. We were there for 5 hours. They checked out the car and said the light appeared because the gas cap was not on tightly.

The next morning the light came on again. I tried to get the car inspected in PA and he said that he could not check it because of the light. I called the dealer 4 times and tried to speak with anyone and no one took my calls.

Friday I returned and they asked me to come back Monday. I dropped off the car and picked it up in the evening. The invoice said," cleaned EGR valve, may need new valve if OLI light return. Not covered under warr. $400. PL tax. The next morning the "check engine" light came on again. I returned the car again. When I arrived the service representative told me that it said the I had to get the valve fixed. He took the issue to the sales managers in both dealerships and they both said "no". He had advised me to get the paperwork stating that it had failed the PA Inspection. There is a clause on the contract that says, "the laws of NJ require to make all necessary repairs, w/o charge, or return the full purchaseprice to the customer in the evernt a used vehicle sold and intende to be registered in this State fails to meet State Inspection..."

The car was reinspected and failed the PA Emissions. I returned to the dealer only to be denied service by the sales managers and informed that it was not covered under the warranty that was given with the car nor under the extended warranty.

I pleaded with him. I even offered to meet them half way. He had me wait for 45 minutes to tell me "no". He then told me that I should take the car to a Toyota dealer before I got it fixed because the mechanic was unsure that it was the valve. So that meant that I had to pay for the diagnostic test out of my own pocket.

I took it back to the mechanic they sent me to, to get the car inspected and he found out the problem immediately. He pinpointed the problem as the oxygen sensor. Several other people, 3 of whom are not mechanics, told me it was probably the sensor and they could not pinpoint it at the dealership. The mechanic was gracioous enough to check out my car for free and charged me about $250.

I called Lemon Law lawuers, Attorney Generals, BBB's, Consumer groups in both PA and NJ and they could not help me.

I want to know why they sell cars that they do not know how to service. I know that they were aware of the problem while it was on the lot. They had reset the light to make it look legitimate. Also the car should of been inspected before it was able to be driven off the lot but it was not.

I plan to take this to small claims court just for some type of justice.

I cried for 2 days because I was so upset about how they treated me and how they have the audacity to treat anyone such as they do. They inflated the price of my car and gave me a high interest rate. I could of afforded a new car and I was blinded enough to get into such a rotten deal with an irreputable dealership. More

On monday, I deci an horrible experience. They let me drive an used grand cherokee for the weekend to think over and I agreed to leave my trade in.
