I went to the dealership to shop for a new car. They stated that none of their KIA's had antilock brakes because "our clients don't care about that. They care more about keeping the price down those features, so we don't order them with that." HUH? A standard safety feature? They made no real attempt to get decent financing for the vehicle. Whatever bank gives them the biggest kickback is the one they expect you to go with, and if you ask questions, they get rude. When they presented their "best" price, it was $3K over the sticker! I questioned it and was told the manager had looked at the wrong invoice. I don't think so. The whole experience was creepy and shady. More

They sent me an internet Quote. I went to this dealership because my brother recomended it to me. I needed a car, I'm disabled and needed a vehicle to get back and fourth to work. They excepted my converted dodge grand caravan as a trade in. they charged me over 10,000.00 over the price the Jeep Grand Cheerokee was worth and when i didn't agree with the price or monthly payments they convinced me to sign the papers saying anyone would refinance the vehicle for me and lower the price, but that was a lie, I have tried for over a year and everone teels me that I was charged 10,000.00 too much and they will not refinance for that reason, including Wells Fargo the company that financed the vehicle. I feel so bad and so taken advantaged of. It's a 2003 jeep Grand Cheerokee and the payments are 546.82 a month and I can't afford it so now it's in danger of being reposesed. i need my vehicle and I don't know what to do. I feel like I have been taken advantaged of in the worst way. It also took them more then 3 weeks to pick up the van.. actually I don't know if they ever picked it up from gary barbera's lot, the transmission went on it. I need help and would like to join a class action suite. I wish there was a lower rating they don't even deserve a 1. Scam artist, rip-offs. More
My son ended up paying $20,000 for a car that was worth (and listed on the web) for $14,000. This is a rip off artist paradise. Suddenly certain items not covered by warranty due to "normal wear and tear". In may 2006, I was told that purchasing my 2005 kia was a steal and shouldn't turn it down. On my way home the check engine light came on, tank wasn't full of gas, and vehicle wasnt shifting correctly. I bro steal and shouldn't turn it down. I brought the car back the next day but the said that it was a favor for me to even get financed and that there is nothing that they can do about the car. I requested a substitution of collateral and was denied. I put this vehicle in the shop at least 4 times. Finally I was told that they didn't know how to fix it and had to wait for the Kia specialist to come there. They gave me no estimated time frame either. As of today, My vehicle still has not been repaired and is sitting in front of my house. What a waste! More

After being cursed at by the salesman, Sylvester, i became very upset and emotional telling them i did not want this car or to deal with their business. My boyfriend then stepped in saying we just want our trade in back and to leave and a manager said he could get someone in here who "could be rough." We were told either to sign the papers or to write them a check for the total amount of the car! WE WERE INTIMIDATED, THREATENED, CURSED AT AND FORCED INTO BUYING THIS HORRIBLE USED CAR AND ARE NOW PURSUING LEGAL ACTIONS!!! DO NOT GO TO THE CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX....THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING THEIR MONEY AND NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE A CAR I HATE! :( More

Well first, when I went in there to buy my car, I was fresh out of bankruptcy and I was assured by my bankruptcy lawyer that this dealership was the only one that would be able to approve me. So, I had 1000 dollars for a down payment, and was hell bent upon NOT getting a Kia, but decided that I needed something so I went with a 2005 Spectra. It was ok for the first 2 months but then the transmission started to slip, and it was banging into gear really hard. I took it in for service and they test drove it for 6 miles and told me it was fine. So I took it home and the problem continued for another 2 months. So I took it in again, and this time they needed to keep the car. I was set up in a rental, but only after fighting and fighting for it. The Triplex had my car for 124 days, and during all this time it was told to me that I needed a new transmission. I thought it was INSANE that my car had 8,000 miles on it and needed a transmission, and it took 4 months to put that in. So I contacted a lawyer and started with the whole lemon law, and they took the rental from me before my settlement check came. They called me to pick up my car, because it was magically fixed, and when I got there today to pick it up, the two front tires were bald, had belts showing, and the front end was all out of alignment. I got pulled over after driving 2 miles off the lot, and was told that my tires were unsafe. I took the car back and refused to take it and they told me to contact KIA because it wasn't their problem anymore. I am so fed up with this dealership, they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. KIA's are peices of CRAP! And also to let you know the Lemon Law is bull also, you won't get a full refund, you won't get all your down payment back, and tax and tags, forget about it. I had to make my car payment while I was driving the rental, I even still have to make it even though I have no vehicle. I will NEVER recommend the triplex, or ever go back there again. More
