I feel that their internet pricing is a con game to get you into their store. Make sure you read the fine print. I was told I did not qualify for the internet price on a jeep wrangler, because to qualify y you into their store. Make sure you read the fine print. I was told I did not qualify for the internet price on a jeep wrangler, because to qualify you must be a miltary person that is currently leasing a chrysler vehicle. The price I would have to pay was $3,000.00 more than the internet price. They also would only offer a trade in value that was $2,000.00 less then the Kelly blue book value. I also think the $718.00 price I was quoted to put a trailer hitch with wiring on my Jeep Patriot is a bit high. But nothing compared to the $5,000.00 extra they wanted for their Wrangler. They could have had a new yearly returning customer for life. Instead I wont even go there for servicing my current jeep. More
My original experience with this dealership was positive. I THOUGHT i had gotten a a good deal at a good rate. My salesman was great and worked very hard for me. After finding a car and negotiating, the mana I THOUGHT i had gotten a a good deal at a good rate. My salesman was great and worked very hard for me. After finding a car and negotiating, the manager and i agreed on a monthly payment and he told me that i got a great finanicing rate since my credit was excellent. I needed to come back the next day to sign. when i came in to sign the woman who gave me the paperwork, never bothered to point out the financing rate or the monthly payment. I, wrongly, assumed that is was as previously agreed. Fianally i noticed that the monthly payment went up and the financing price was high. No one bothered to call me with the changes, no one bothered to point it out to me. It was complete bait and switch. They took advantage of me because i was a single woman and they figured i wouldn't read the fine print. I would not recommend this dealership. the managers are high pressure, and the financing woman is unethical. I should have been called/told about the changes, of course then i wouldn't have signed the papers. which is probably what they wanted. Heather Kriesman More
I brought my 07 Sedona for service. I brought it in for an oil change and to fix a tire, along with some other warranty issues. I informed Dave that I wanted an OIL CHANGE. Dave wrote down, in his own writ an oil change and to fix a tire, along with some other warranty issues. I informed Dave that I wanted an OIL CHANGE. Dave wrote down, in his own writing, 4000k service. I did not see that Dave wrote something different from what I said. I signed the papers and left. Why would Dave write something different than what I said down as I was saying it? The next day, I pick up my Sedona, get home and realize that I was charged $54.95 instead of the usual $33 dollars or so. I called and spoke to Dave who was adamant that I "signed" for the services. I NEVER authorized this service. I was then handed over to one of the most rude and ignorant managers that I have ever spoken too. Pat was condescending, disrespectful, and flat out ignorant. He kept repeating over and over again that I signed for it. Dave clearly wrote down the wrong thing and then charged me more money. Pat informed me that I have to opt out of the 4000 mile service at the time of scheduling. How is a person supposed to opt of a service that they don't know they are getting. I will be contacting an attorney and the attorney general about this blatant fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
I am writing because I read reviews of Cherry Hill Triplex on Rte 70 and almost did not follow through with my purchase because of the bad "press" and previous issues/problems that people had in 2009. Triplex on Rte 70 and almost did not follow through with my purchase because of the bad "press" and previous issues/problems that people had in 2009. I did discuss the issues and found that Mr. Kearns, the General Sales Manager, did address each one that I concerns about as it related to my experience. I bought a 2010 Lancer Sportback GTS. The sales consultant, Tom Collins, was excellent. He did not put any pressure on us, and he was great with the test rides. We were able to go on local roads and 295 to see what the car would be like on the roads we take to work. Cherry Hill Nissan had me in my previous car for about 1 minute ( i really found I did not feel comfortable in the car and the visibility was not good for me-I am on the short side) Tom was also very accommodating and patient and was very knowledgeable about the car. When we made the deal the numbers were a little confusing but we came to an understanding. when I went to sign the papers the woman that worked with me, Pat I think, was very, very good. She was patient ( i was a nervous wreck) and explained whatever I needed as many times as I needed. She looked at me as a person not a typical car buyer. I have not had service yet so I cannot comment on that. I can say that the dealership has made a huge turnaround and they are above board and pleasant too. I met the owner one of my times there and he was a sweetheart too. I would go back to purchase another car there. Plus I never had a Mitsubishi and it is great. It drives better than the Subaru Impreza. ( i do not work for this dealer and usually do not do this but I want to make sure the 2009 reviews are not preventing these folks from getting business in NJ) More
The service manager has done work after authorization had been given and then retracted due to price gouging. The work had not been started at the time authorization was retracted. On the phone the service m been given and then retracted due to price gouging. The work had not been started at the time authorization was retracted. On the phone the service manager reported the repairs had been started but a quick visit 10 min later revealed that no work had been started and I revoked verbal authorization until a better price had been presented. The service manager had preceded to start work regardless. This is why I have given them a badf rating and would not recommend getting any vehicles or having service repairs done at this facility. Service manager at the mitsubishi/ suzuki dealership had priced gouged me on repairs and proceded to start work after authorization was revoked. The service manager originally lied to me on the phone and sa priced gouged me on repairs and proceded to start work after authorization was revoked. The service manager originally lied to me on the phone and said repairs were underway and upon arrival 10 min later, the car had not been worked on. I would not recommend this snake in the grass service manager to trust. Do not take your car to these people to get it fixed. I still have to check to see if new parts were installed after it stops raining. More

I contacted the dealership by email and explained my trade, the balance I owed on it, and that I might be in the market for a new car if the payments were in a certain range. They told me no problem, co trade, the balance I owed on it, and that I might be in the market for a new car if the payments were in a certain range. They told me no problem, come on down. Showed up at my appointment and had to give them all the same information again and they went back and forth with me about prices. The tried to sell me a used car for $27,000 that the sticker said "$25,000 - negotiable". I told the girl it was online at another dealership for $17,000. She laughed at me and said that I couldn't find the car that cheap I should go there to buy a car. She kept handing me the pen and trying to get me to sign for the higher amount. I went home and on their website it was $17,595. All the big sites like edmunds and blue book said it should be worth about $14,000. They tried to mark it up $10,000 over their advertised price! The monthly payment was more than double what I had told them was my maximum budget. I told the girl there was no way i could afford double the amount and she got a nasty attitude and started verbally attacking me asking why I didn't want the car. She got scary! The finance manager then came over and was talking to me about my trade. First it was worth nothing, then it was worth $3000 then he actually told me because I owed more than $3000 on it that I should stop making payments and have it repo'd. His theory was the bank will pay for it, my credit would tank, and I could get a new car at the highest possible finance rate. Great way to screw up my credit - thanks for the awful advise, the insults and the nasty attitude. I would avoid this place at all costs! More
BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long one ... lol First I called 856-663-1500 I got Nate the Great. When I spoke with him I told BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long one ... lol First I called 856-663-1500 I got Nate the Great. When I spoke with him I told him I saw that the Jeep dealership was on a list that was given out on the NEWS with Charles Foulke Jr. as the owner and I was calling regarding purchasing a Jeep and I am looking for old stock 2008 that I could save from 7 to 8 thousand dollars (cause I know it will be much cheaper). Nate says “yeah sure we can do that for you, when u get there ask for Tom or Jorden (General Managers)”. So I said “Ok great”, I told him I’ll be there tomorrow @ 1708 West Marlton Pike Cherry Hill, NJ. He knew I was traveling far and prolly gave heads up to the salesmen. When I arrived early afternoon, I asked for Tom/Jordon. Tom profiled me within the 1/2 hour wait time, they had a couple of guys say Hi to me , try to flirt with me and make me feel special before Tom came to me and introduced me to Rob. He said he will take care of me and to show me what they have on stock. Rob then showed me some Jeeps and one of them was old stock 2008 jeep Sahara. I figured this would be in my budget and this is what Nate told me that was available. I was wondering why the window sticker that states the MSRP and BASE price was not anywhere in sight, yet I wanted to test drive it. So Rob then took me on a test drive as I was driving back he says pass the dealership and go onto the left side and jump on the highway. I then felt uncomfortable because I was unfamiliar with the area and I was alone with a strange man in a car for a long time. We ended up driving the vehicle for 35-40 minutes and I asked him why we jumped on the highway and he said for me to feel it out. I told him I wanted to go back, when we arrived to the dealers parking lot we parked the jeep and he suggested for me to remove the top of the jeep. I was already uncomfortable at that point and wanted to continue to close the deal. So we head inside and he shows me to a small table with chairs, as I sat down I felt like I was in one of those timeshares in Florida. Well now I wanted a price and Rob was stalling me, asking me for my driver’s license and scanning it into the computer. I asked him "why you’re scanning my driver’s license?”He said it was procedure so he can draw up his paper work. I still do not know what that machine is for? The computer was a POS system LCD and what looked like a finger print scan plate. As I returned to the table to wait for him to return, I heard laughter coming from the office (about 8 salesmen were laughing) where Rob was talking with Tom for my quote. When Rob returned he caught me asking another salesman what the machine was for. Rob then says to me "what you don’t believe me” I said "No" because when you went back to the office you and the salesmen were laughing, he didn’t respond. Well now he showed me the first offer it was $23,XXX and he showed me the MSRP which was $28,XXX. I told him I was guaranteed $7,000 to $8,000 off of old stock that’s why I’m here. And then I told him $21, XXX with soft top and NAV. He thought about it then he said X_______________ <~~ sign here and give me the deposit. I said ok I signed and cut a check for $10,000. I figured OK this is it. I got a fair deal :-) .... WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!WRONG!!!!!! WRONG!!!!!!!! Rob came back and sat next to me, and John sat across from me. I was told that Rob's deal with me wasn’t accurate and that it will be more especially with the add ons, then I said OK $22,XXX is FINAL. John smiled and walked away. Then Tom came over and tried convincing me that the real price of the Jeep would be $25,XXX (he showed me invoice, the Colored DOT incentives. He didn’t realize I did my homework already :-). The invoice is always marked up by the manufacturer by 2 to 3 % (that’s one of the holdbacks for the dealers). Then depending on the date of the invoice you may receive up to $2,000 - $3,000 off more. Jeep also gives you $1,000 cash to play with at the door, and since I was a previous Jeep owner I get $2,500 discount ... ETC and so on. I told Tom "No" I can’t afford that price. I told him I wanted to leave and want my check back. Tom then asked me “You going to continue shopping around?” I said "YES" (BIG MISTAKE!!) once he knew that, they kept stalling me. Well to end this story short, they came out chasing after me 3 times and calling me back in and the final deal I received was 25,XXX with the soft top included (I rolled my eyes and left) .I couldn’t believe they only took off $2,XXX from the 2008 Jeep Sahara they had on the LOT for a year, which they have to pay $$$ every month to sit on the LOT. As I was driving to the next dealer, I realized they close at 5pm. Tom had them stall me so I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else if I wasn’t going to give it to him. They never intended to sell me that jeep for the price or ball park I inquired for. I felt man handled, used and pissed off. The next day I called Nate and More
