Went in one evening saying I needed a car somewhat quickly and wanted to test a Liberty and a patriot ,also wanted to know the difference. I was taken to the lot and was only permitted to sit in a Pat quickly and wanted to test a Liberty and a patriot ,also wanted to know the difference. I was taken to the lot and was only permitted to sit in a Patriot ,never offered a chance to drive it but was shown the engine.I said I'd come back another day .I received a call the next day and was told that if I took a test drive I would receive an Amex gift card for $25.said okay ,sure I 'll drive a car and scheduled a time .got a call later that day saying i wasn't entitled to the gift card since i didn't get a mailer.Never showed up for the test drive.did I mention i wanted to pay cash for the car? I told the salesman. More
Two visits to this dealership, and I thought I was back in the fifties or sixties with the high pressure sales. Ask all the questions you want about interest rates, leasing rates, lease end residual value in the fifties or sixties with the high pressure sales. Ask all the questions you want about interest rates, leasing rates, lease end residual value and you get the DUH? runaround. We were treated as though we were idiots who could not possible understand financing terminology. Wake up Cherry Hill KIA it's the 21st century. I thought I might be locked-in the dealership if I didn't commit right then. Then the sales manager is called over to help with the questions. When I saw the "manager" was missing a tooth in the front of his mouth, I thought were the hell am I????? Who would hire a sales person with missing teeth????? We were so turned off that we considered forgetting about KIA altogether. It gave us a feeling that it was a CHEAP auto line. A few days later, while looking at other automobile brands, we thought we would look to see if there was another KIA dealer in the area. There was, although twenty miles from our home. WOW, what a difference. Within two day from visiting Burlington KIA, on RT 130 in Burlington, NJ, we leased two KIA vehicles. My wife leased a 2011 KIA Soul Exclaim ($19k), and I leased a 2011 KIA Optima EX ($28k). Sorry Cherry Hill KIA, you are unprofessional, hard sale, and a throw-back to the old "used-car-salesman" days. KIA should take back your dealership. More
Very deceitful and extremely rude. I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from this dealership and regret it completely. I was given a quote over the phone, and when I arrived at the dealership, the manager told me Sorento from this dealership and regret it completely. I was given a quote over the phone, and when I arrived at the dealership, the manager told me that they cannot honor the price as the salesman on the phone had no authority to give that pricing. When I asked to see the salesman, they said he already left for the day.... I was very agitated and stated that it was just a ploy to get me in the door to which the manager stated "You're here so we must've done something right." When re-negotiating the price of the car, they told me that a particular number for the invoice price which was $1000 above what Kelley Blue Book or Edmunds states is the invoice price. When I tried to show him, he stated that those websites are wrong. I got lured to the dealership by their low "quote". I have bought a Kia from Burlington Kia and James Kia for my parents and in-laws, and these two dealerships are much more honest in their dealings and honor any numbers they provide. DO NOT GO TO CHERRY HILL KIA for any reason - extremely rude and dishonest! More
I just got off the phone with Scy. When I spoke to the first woman, probably a secretary, she was sweet and told me that they could beat any price. First he told me that I was lied to by another dealer first woman, probably a secretary, she was sweet and told me that they could beat any price. First he told me that I was lied to by another dealership (false, the people at that dealership had been nothing but fair and honest to me - in fact, they have a reputation for it...unlike some triplexes that will remain nameless). Then he laughed when I asked him if he could give me a better offer. Heck if I'm driving to Cherry Hill and paying tolls just to have some typical car scam action. I usually give dealerships the benefit of the doubt. However, this one is as bad as everyone says. He told me he'd give me $250 under invoice: invoice of WHAT? Bull. Invoice for a 2wd 2011 Kia Sportage is $19,610. Let's say plus destination charge $20,390 He offered me the car for $20,890. I'm not an idiot. I was offered that much for an AWD LX at another dealership. He even pulled the "asking nameless guy if car is available" trick. Please, oldest in the book. They need some new plays. Slimey, slimey, and rude. Don't bother going here if you're informed - they'll just be annoyed that you're informed and try to screw with you anyway. Waste of time. I'm glad I called and didn't drive all the way there. More
KIA came out with a fully loaded 7 seat Sportage that I really wanted to consider. But, it doesn't matter how nice a car is, when the employees are slime the car feels like slime. And I felt slimed on. really wanted to consider. But, it doesn't matter how nice a car is, when the employees are slime the car feels like slime. And I felt slimed on. The sales manager had the gull to quote my payment at between $400 and $600 a month. Don't have to tell you how helpful that is. I felt really sorry for the salesman, he was trying, but with management like that it was impossible. If I were him I'd be looking for a new job really fast. If you want a KIA I highly suggest you try another KIA dealership. More
Once you make the deal you want, which was very difficult and time consuming and drive your new car off the lot, don't expect any customer service. Its as if they made the deal, they're not happy about it an and time consuming and drive your new car off the lot, don't expect any customer service. Its as if they made the deal, they're not happy about it and their done with you. They promise to call you back and don't. They don't respond to emails and honestly don't seem to really care if you have a question or concern. It even seems as if they are laughing at you quietly when you return to the dealer to get answers. More
By far the WORST customer service ever! My husband and I went in to see if we could get financing on a used Jeep. I told them I had no money to put down. I told them I couldn't afford payments more than wha went in to see if we could get financing on a used Jeep. I told them I had no money to put down. I told them I couldn't afford payments more than what I am paying now. They told me everything I wanted to hear and we finally agreed on an arrangement. But of course we were going to end up paying more and we were going to need money down. But it was ok and we agreed. We signed the paperwork and took our new car home. The next day, we went to finalize the paperwork, only to be told they couldn't give us that deal anymore. SERIOUSLY??!! Now they wanted to put us in a new car. A totally different car. Totally different deal. I told them I wanted my old car back. Thats when we were treated like homeless bums they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. No goodbye. Nothing. In my opinion, Cherry Hill Dodge is the reason why this country is in so much trouble financially. They are all about lending money to people who cant afford to pay it back. Just so they could get their sale. They wanted the big sale when it came to us. They didn't expect us to walk. They should be rated 0.0 across the board. It will be a happy day when this place closes down. Its only a matter of time. More
Saw an add for this dealership and like many of the other reviews I stopped by to check them out. Unfortunately I did purchase a vehicle with them. Since purchasing the vehicle I've had nothing but problem reviews I stopped by to check them out. Unfortunately I did purchase a vehicle with them. Since purchasing the vehicle I've had nothing but problems. I bought a 2010 Grand Cherokee with a slipping transmision. I've been trying to get it fixed but have ran into nothing but resistance with the entire dealership. I'm on my way to my third service appt. The sales dept also has equipment for my vehicle that i have been trying to get a hold of for several months. Since buying a vehicle here I've been treated by nothing less then the most disrespectfull salesman and the managers are condescending and offer little to no help. I've owned jeep vehicles for 15+ years and will never buy another just because of this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
I was robbed at (or by) CH Kia and cant even get them to check their security cam!! I went to test drive a used '08 Sportage I saw on the internet. They suggested I test drive a new '11. I loved it compa check their security cam!! I went to test drive a used '08 Sportage I saw on the internet. They suggested I test drive a new '11. I loved it compared to the '08 but it wasn't in my budget. On my way out they asked me to come inside to give my name. The sales manager Sie, after a short conversation, told me he could give me the '11 for a very low monthly rate, that exceeded my expectations. However I wasn't prepared to purchase at that time. Two days later I called Sie to confirm the rate and then made an appointment to return. When I returned, Sie had changed his mind about the rate! After re-negotiating price for over an hour, I wanted to make a call to get my brother-in-law's opinion. They told me "no cellphone inside" after I started talking so I stepped just outside the door leaving my purse inside the cubicle with Sie and Calvin for a few minutes. Since I wasn't getting the promised rate I decided to leave. At home I discovered $250 missing from my wallet! They knew I had the cash b/c they wanted to know how I was going to pay my down payment. When I called to complain they put me on hold then kept passing me from person to person. I finally got the number of the guy who checks the security cam. Two weeks later he still hasn't gotten back to me with ANYTHING!!! These guys have a scam going on! They wanted unnecessary information before I committed to the sale like what check I was using, what work I did, my spouse's job, and my hourly rate. According to the CH Police they have many other complaints of unscrupulous business deals. If you go here, watch out! More
On October 9, 2010 I leased a 2011 jeep, I had a Chrylser 300 that the lease was due to end on November 28,2010. I explained this to the salesman. His response was we will buy your lease out if you lease wi 300 that the lease was due to end on November 28,2010. I explained this to the salesman. His response was we will buy your lease out if you lease with us. After 3 hours of barganing I decided to lease the new vehicle. 2 weeks later Chrylser sends me a bill for the last lease payment for 300. Yesterday I go to the dealership to discuss and they state we never told you that. They are liars and cheats.I contact them today 10/28/10 and tell them I want the 300 back and I am told they sent it back to Chrylser. I was 3000 miles under my lease. There was no reason to turn the car in if I was responsible for the last payment. I am ready to report this dealership to the better bussiness, I will write letters to the CEO, and everyone I can to expose the liars and cheats. More
