This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I tried to warn these two people before I came back that my father would not be hassled into buying a car. Instead of just saying they couldn't tak I tried to warn these two people before I came back that my father would not be hassled into buying a car. Instead of just saying they couldn't take the competitors coupon, they jacked the sticker price up to $33,800 from $27,200 and thought we were going to be idiots and take it. Also told us the lowest interest rate would be 6.9. Well, thanks to Kia in Turnersville, I am driving the same exact van I wanted, payments that I wanted and 2.32 interest rate. This is why I haven't returned their phone call. Lisa Masterson More

If you have the water pump also replaced then they charge for (2) two separate jobs. However, the laborcharge should only be for the Timing belt, plus parts. They are ripping the customer off, and the service is bad. Vehicles over (3) three years old they find many faults putting fear in the customer to buy/lease a new vehicle More

They are for rebates most customers do not qualify for. They sell Modified New vehicles and extended warranties claiming you are able to service anywhere in the country. Fact no other dealership will even touch your vehicle with the Modifications. They promise you the vehicle with all its UPGRADES (they dont want to scare you by using the word MODIFICATIONS) is better than stock. You will only be able to service at cherry hill triplex. Good luck if you don't live local or move out of state. Fact : Chrysler corp. is not behind you at all. You are the victim of an unfortunate circumstance. According to Chrysler a dealer can do anything they want to a vehicle once they purchase it from the factory. Although youthought you were a chrysler customer it is up to Cherry Hill to make everything right. Cherry Hill Triplex doesn't have mechanics who can get a modified car to handle properly. They make verbal promises of things that were done to the vehicle that were not. Every time you drop off your car for repair the return is longer. One service was 21 days. After all repairs the car still handles like a piece of !@#$. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE MODIFIED OR NOT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst in the state. If you purchase there you will be sorry. More
This was the worst place EVER. They were so rude and derogatory toward us women. Also they sold me a used car by using the highest pressure to take it home without my mechanic looking at it. Turns out derogatory toward us women. Also they sold me a used car by using the highest pressure to take it home without my mechanic looking at it. Turns out that the engine was bad (as my mechanic called the death rattle) Funny thing was I asked what the noise was the evening I was there. The sales rep said he did not hear anything. I promptly called as soon as my mechanic said return it ASAP. They did not return my call, were rude when anyone else answered. I finally had to ask them to pick the vehicle up as it was not safe to drive. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and will never go back. I have been spreading the word amongst co-workers and unsuspecting friends as they do not even care if they are terrible. One tip: Dont sell cars that are on their deathbed when you are telling me they were "Certified" Plus you may want to work on your salesmen and their manners. More
The day after I purchased my vehicle (which was not a pleasant experience but it's a local dealership and we really didn't research other dealers), my wife decided to buy a Sportage. The salesman agreed pleasant experience but it's a local dealership and we really didn't research other dealers), my wife decided to buy a Sportage. The salesman agreed to meet her there before work the next morning and never showed up, then called to complain that it was too early and he has a long commute (then he shouldn't have agreed to the time). After I filled out my customer service rating for the corporate office (8 out of 10) the sales manager actually called and yelled at me, told me that I screwed my salesperson! Both the sales manager and the sales person James, called me names ("a credit criminal" due to my lower credit rating! Nice huh! He actually texted it to me so I plan to print it out and send that to corporate KIA!) Extremely unprofessional and nasty group of people. My wife is now buying a Kia Sportage from Turnersville Kia... what a difference! So professional and courteous. Better prices, better service, wish I went there first! Big mistake! More
Cherry Hill Kia located in Cherry Hill NJ on Route 70 is by far the worst car dealership that I have ever attempted to work with for the purchase of a new car. My wife and I had shopped around and decided by far the worst car dealership that I have ever attempted to work with for the purchase of a new car. My wife and I had shopped around and decided to purchase a Kia EX. Knowing exactly what we wanted to buy - - we stopped into Cherry Hill Kia to see what they had on their lot. They had two vehicles exactly as we wanted with the exception of the factory installed step plate on the sides of the vehicle. Speaking with the Sales Manager informing him that we did not want the step plate, he insisted that it was “against the law to take off the step plate” and that “we would have to buy it as is”. We left the dealership and went home. The next day, I called the Sales Manager and reminded him as to whom I was. He remembered and also remembered the exact vehicles that my wife and I were looking at. I made him an offer. He placed me on hold and when he came back onto the phone, he informed me that he spoke to the General Manager and my offer is accepted. He asked when I can come in and buy the car. I informed him that I will be there in two hours - - 1:00pm. As promise, my wife and I arrived at 1:00pm. Looking in the lot again, we noticed another Kia EX that was a different color and without the side step and also cost less money. We went inside to the showroom and sat down with the Sales Manager while he pulled up my information in the computer, wrote down the price we had agreed to for the more expensive EX. He informed me that the price I will have to pay was MSRP price. Attempting to reason with him and negotiate a price again, he insisted that the MSRP price is the price he must sell that car - - not a penny less. After attempting to reason with him, I informed him that I would like to buy the less expensive EX and as an honorable man, I will hold my offer the same. He laughed right in my face and said that I was crazy - - that he would also have to sell me that car at MSRP pricing. At this point I was beginning to get annoyed with the sales practice of this dealership. I looked at the Sales Manager and reminded him that we had a deal. He acknowledged that he agreed to the price over the phone but he had to sell me the car at MSRP pricing. With that, I asked what kind of a dealership this was as well as what kind of a man he is. I explained how we agreed to a price, he had it in his computer and I was willing to hold to the price even though I was purchasing a vehicle that was less expensive. As he was laughing and arguing with/at me, I told him that I will take my business elsewhere. He continued to argue the point saying that since I was there - - I should buy a car right now. After a while, my wife and I simply walked out totally disgusted. Here is the best part. The very next day I received a phone call from the Sales Manager. When I got on the phone, in a laughing, condescending voice he asked if I purchase my Kia. I said no. laughing he continued to tell me how stupid I was for not buying the Kia EX from him yesterday. With that, I just hung up. NOTE: I would definitely NOT purchase a vehicle from Cherry Hill Kia. The sales tactics there are despicable. The staff is rude, insulting, provoking, attacking and extremely aggressive. They lie right to your face and laugh at you. As I said in the beginning of the review - - they are without a doubt the worst dealership I have EVER had the experience to attempt to buy a car from. I cannot stress enough - - - KEEP AWAY FROM CHERRY HILL KIA. More
CH tri plex is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. I could almost say they were comical if they were not so unprofessional and beyond rude. Stone age hard core sales techniques. Exa ever experienced. I could almost say they were comical if they were not so unprofessional and beyond rude. Stone age hard core sales techniques. Example Their frist offer on a new KIA was 4500 over MSRP while they offered me 4500 below Edmund Trade in value for my car. My car was in excellent condition with very low mileage. After listening to the most ridiculous reasons why I should pay above MSRP and well below Edmund trade in value from the salesmen I decided I was done. I did not bother to even counter their first offer. But they would not let me leave. I am not kidding here. The sales manager would not return my car keys given to him to evaluate the car. Instead I had to sit through what would easily match a 1950's suspicion for murder cop interrogation process. The sales manger decided to sit down acting like a school yard bully and argue that my car was not worth anything close to what I thought it was. He came up with a list of auction prices that could have been typed up for all I knew. There was no credibility to any information source this ridiculous manager had. But keep mind I had already assessed this group of thugs were not people I wanted to deal with. I wondered how they ever sold any cars ? Seriously they wave a huge red flag the second they start talking ! This is seriously bad news for KIA, . KIA has a great car. I bought one from Burlington. They were sane. That was good enough for me! KIA should close down on this dealership immediately. In fact I think the attorney general should investigate! More
Worst dealer ever, bait and switch. Negotiated over the phone, which I’ve successfully done with dealers in the past. A reputable dealer will do this and honer the deal when you get there. These guys “made phone, which I’ve successfully done with dealers in the past. A reputable dealer will do this and honer the deal when you get there. These guys “made an appointment” for me and had me wait around an hour. Then they finally brought out the car, but wait, it’s a 2010, NOT the 2011 we discussed. Admittedly, the car wasn’t worth what we agreed to and they tried to push it on me as the last one around and the deal of the century. Laughable! They agreed to honor the deal, but needed to locate the car on another lot (what lot?). Said they’d call the next day and didn’t. The following day I called the GM and was promised a call back in 5 minutes. Next day, after not hearing from them I went to another dealer and purchased the car. Oh wait, no I didn’t…I had to go back to Cherry Hill to get my license! While I was waiting for an hour the first visit, they took it to “start the paperwork”. Stupid me thought this was legit as we had an agreement and they were bringing the car around for me to inspect. Don’t waste your time with these bozo’s. More
After spending four hours at the dealership, when signing the paperwork for the finance of car they had switched my terms from 60 months to 75 months. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and mak the paperwork for the finance of car they had switched my terms from 60 months to 75 months.
