I Had ordered a part fron one of their affiliate sites, and ran into many technical difficluties with the site. My order had processed and I did not receive information in regards to my order for a few wee and ran into many technical difficluties with the site. My order had processed and I did not receive information in regards to my order for a few weeks and ended up getting my money returned to me via PayPal. I contacted the Dealer and displayed my dissapointemnt in the lack of communication. BUT>>>>>> I was contaced by one of the parts managers and he expressed his concern for my poor experience and invited me to call and work with them to make it right. He found the parts I requested and promplty got them in the mail for a slightly discounted price to me ASAP. Like anyplace that is striving to make their name better, if you point out where you feel wronged without being a threat, usally it will work out for the best interest of both parties. More
This story is going to seem too unreal to be true but I assure you it is. I initially bought a 2011 Sorento about 16 months. Ago being my first new car purchase I did not do my research and bought the Suv. assure you it is. I initially bought a 2011 Sorento about 16 months. Ago being my first new car purchase I did not do my research and bought the Suv. After taking it home and doing some research I found out I overpaid by about 5,000. In the 16 months I have had the car I have repeatedly had to take the SUV in for service on 4 separate occasions I took it in for a window that gets stuck and will not roll up- still not fixed. Bluetooth unit has not worked right since I bought the car. Panic alarm on car has never worked. I had to take in twice for the back camera not working the second time it was replaced. I recently took it in for a issue with the hard shifting I was experiencing. They were unable to find a problem so they reflashed the ECU ( trying to hide the problem instead of fixing) well 2 weeks later back at the shop for same issue. Was told transmission was shot and needed to be replaced 16 months old 33k miles crazy right? Well the one day job turned into 3 days. When I went to pick up the suv I asked about trading it in. I will discuss that next. So the deal doesn't work out and I end up leaving and taking SUV with me. Not less then one mile from the dealer I notice loud noise coming from front wheel. I take SUV back and wait for the call. I get the call from service and they tell me they have to replace the axle??I ask how did they break my axle replacing the transmission. Of course no answer is given just I'm sorry we will fix it. I then get a call its not the axle its the axle boot it will be ready tomorrow. I then later in the day get 3rd call saying its not axle boot it was loose bolt in transmission plate. How they can misdiagnose from broken axle to loose bolt is beyond me. So I pick up the SUV the next day after work-of course service dept is gone and notice while driving home that now my steering wheel is out of alignment. I call this morning very upset and ask to speak to service manager. Was told John would be in shortly must be stuck in traffic. I call an hour later and now am told John wont be in until 10. My girlfriend then calls from her phone asks for the service manager and is told he's in a meeting all day - when she expressed anger she was told they were not going to deal with her and hung up.Great customer service. Called today for the GM Bob Kopp was told he would call me back by end of day. Well I'm sure its no surprise I never received a call. So my horror story on trying to trade the car in on Saturday. I spoke with John in service told him I was very upset they can not repair the window or bluetooth issue and concerned about the new transmission having to be put in. I asked to speak to someone who could get me out of the car. So I was directed to the world famous sales manager Bernard Giehl. Who fed me a story about how he wanted to get the bad taste out of my mouth. He told me he could get me close to the 28,000 I owed on the car -within a few hundred dollars. I told him I would like to get into a smaller car and payment. I was shown a 22k optima which was ok but not like the fully loaded SUV I was driving. I asked to test drive the optima hybrid. We were told by the sales man its more money your not gonna like it. We had to almost beg to drive the hybrid. We liked it said lets work a deal. Went back in and Bernard was like well its a 30k hybird your payments going to go up. Why not a loaded optima around 30 k payment will be about the same. I told him I didn't understand how a 27k hybrid would be more then a 30k optima. He said he could discount the regular optima and keep my payments around what I payed now. I said I was interested in that I wanted info on the hybrid. Well 3 hours of him going back and forth and checking into stuff left him telling me the best they could do was a payment of 657 vs the 500 I was paying for the SUV at an interest rate of 16.99. He over inflated what my actual payoff was and flat out refused to discount the car. Today I visited freehold KIA and got a optima Hybrid with a substantial discount off the 30k sticker at interest rate of half of what the best Bernard and his crew could do. If looking for a KIA visit Martin and Tom at Freehold KIA where they treat the customer right. I will never do business with Cherry Hill KIA again and will ensure as many people as I can possible tell hear my nightmare story of horrible service and neglect on the part of this deplorable business More
Pat was awesome. very knowledgeable and nice. The Sales manager Bernard was inflexible and obstinate. We found the 2012 Sorento we wanted. MSRP was the only sticker on the vehicle and it read 24,255. We manager Bernard was inflexible and obstinate. We found the 2012 Sorento we wanted. MSRP was the only sticker on the vehicle and it read 24,255. We went inside to talk numbers and they were ready to charge us $28,810. Yes a full $4,555 over MSRP. I asked where they got that number and Bernard said it based on supply and demand. They had brought the almost $29k figure down to just under $26k and they thought they were being very kind. My trade in is a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4. I kelly blue book valued it from the KIA website and in Fair condition it was worth $6,525. bernard was willing to give me $5,000 then bumped it to $6,000 just because the price of the Sorento was still $1,600 over the sticker. He was willing to bump it to $6,500. I stood up to leave and he was begrudgingly giving me now the MSRP price. My wife and I left. Pat followed us out and apologized. The next day Pat thanked us for coming and asked if there was anything he could do to get us to go back for another visit. I told him thanks but i doubt i would return to a place that insults me and tried to rip me off. I was then forwarded to Bernard and he was shouting at me through the email (aka writing in caps). We had it out. I outlined to them what i wanted. To start the negotiated process i countered their offer with $4,500 under MSRP with $7k for the trade in. Bernard got hung up on the trade in and was unwilling to negotiate the sale price b/c he was stuck on the trade in. I told him forget about that for now, lets work on the sale price and he refused to budge. I wished him luck because he needs it. I want to warn everyone to stay away from these shady practices. They are garbage. I only rated them a 2 for friendliness because of Pat. More
Didn't check them out on the web first, but luckily I didn't buy from them. Megan wasn't bad and knew her stuff, but she is very good at playing the salesperson games. I originally went in for a used Lan didn't buy from them. Megan wasn't bad and knew her stuff, but she is very good at playing the salesperson games. I originally went in for a used Lancer or Outlander AWD used. They're used cars are worn and look awful. They look like auction rejects, and I'm guessing its because they get VERY little repeat customers. We went back and forth over numbers and trying to get more then the laughable offer on my trade....for about 2 hours. I finally had enough and went to leave but Alex tried to corner me outside. Told them I would think about it over and over and wanted to check with my credit union first. Finally after 30 minutes of this crap I insisted on my keys and never looked back. Now I get 3 phone calls a day from them saying they have this great deal and I need to come back. Sorry but I was almost fooled once......not giving them a chance. Bottom line was a used Lancer GTS 2009 with 25,000 for $17,900. I told them the Black Book on trade was $11,000 to 13,500 and after my experience I told them there was NO WAY they gave any higher then $11,000 on the trade. This means you have PLENTY of money to not only payoff my Accord, but discount and make a good profit. Megan said they had over $15,000 in the car (when pigs fly). The good news is I bought a 09 Matrix S AWD LOADED for $2000 less and didn't have to wipe the slime off me after I left. I have to thank them for being SOOOOO terrible at ripping people off you can see right through them. If not I may have been suckered into the Lancer. RUN FROM THEM!!!!!! They have no shame and would rip off their own family. More
Never buy from this dealer! The story is too long to get into but they promised something to us and never fullfilled what they said they would do. In turn, our credit could have gotten messed up because of into but they promised something to us and never fullfilled what they said they would do. In turn, our credit could have gotten messed up because of this. When attempting to fix the situation the general manager and the finance manager NEVER called us back. This was partly our fault not getting the agreement in writing. This is a very poor business. Because of this I would never buy another Kia again. More
This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I tried to warn these two people before I came back that my father would not be hassled into buying a car. Instead of just saying they couldn't tak I tried to warn these two people before I came back that my father would not be hassled into buying a car. Instead of just saying they couldn't take the competitors coupon, they jacked the sticker price up to $33,800 from $27,200 and thought we were going to be idiots and take it. Also told us the lowest interest rate would be 6.9. Well, thanks to Kia in Turnersville, I am driving the same exact van I wanted, payments that I wanted and 2.32 interest rate. This is why I haven't returned their phone call. Lisa Masterson More

If you have the water pump also replaced then they charge for (2) two separate jobs. However, the laborcharge should only be for the Timing belt, plus parts. They are ripping the customer off, and the service is bad. Vehicles over (3) three years old they find many faults putting fear in the customer to buy/lease a new vehicle More

They are for rebates most customers do not qualify for. They sell Modified New vehicles and extended warranties claiming you are able to service anywhere in the country. Fact no other dealership will even touch your vehicle with the Modifications. They promise you the vehicle with all its UPGRADES (they dont want to scare you by using the word MODIFICATIONS) is better than stock. You will only be able to service at cherry hill triplex. Good luck if you don't live local or move out of state. Fact : Chrysler corp. is not behind you at all. You are the victim of an unfortunate circumstance. According to Chrysler a dealer can do anything they want to a vehicle once they purchase it from the factory. Although youthought you were a chrysler customer it is up to Cherry Hill to make everything right. Cherry Hill Triplex doesn't have mechanics who can get a modified car to handle properly. They make verbal promises of things that were done to the vehicle that were not. Every time you drop off your car for repair the return is longer. One service was 21 days. After all repairs the car still handles like a piece of !@#$. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE MODIFIED OR NOT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst in the state. If you purchase there you will be sorry. More
