We went into to look at a used vehicle after looking online and seeing "internet pricing" After looking at a few cars, we test drove one and decided to buy it. The vehicle we liked did not have a stic online and seeing "internet pricing" After looking at a few cars, we test drove one and decided to buy it. The vehicle we liked did not have a sticker on it yet and was not listed on the website. The salesman told us he would get us the "internet price". When he told us the price, I had a gut feeling he was lying to us, but since it wasn't listed, I couldn't prove it. We tried to negotiate a better price, at which point the salesman told us that it was going to come down to the trade in value. We had the trade in with us, so we asked him to evaluate it. He said that they would not evaluate it until we were committed to buying a car. We explained that we had a down payment (in cash), a blank check from our credit union and the title to the trade in... we were ready to buy IF we could agree on a price. Once again, he told us they wouldn't look at it until we committed. Again, we explained exactly how far apart we were and he AGAIN told us that the trade in could make the difference. It was very frustrating. Finally, they looked at the trade in and offered us very little. I was ready to leave, but he kept pushing. After feeling like I was in a police interrogation, we actually came to an agreement. The salesman made me sign off on the deal AND took my cash, check and title "to get approval from the sales manager". The sales manager then came over and said he couldn't do it. He back tracked to the original price and acted like he was taking money off, but really wasn't or was only taking off a minimal amount. We left... after finding the same vehicle with less miles at a much better price, I decided to see if they listed the vehicle on their website. I was curious if we were lied to about the internet price, because all of the other dealers had the same vehicle cheaper, and generally speaking Kia had competitive pricing on all of their other vehicles. It turns out they DID list and it was $1000 cheaper than they told us. The sales manger did not even come down to the REAL internet price in our negotiations!!! What losers. Two days after visiting KIa, we purchased the same vehicle, with less miles for less money. We were also offered more than double for our trade in than Kia offered. The dealer we bought from was Mt. Ephraim Dodge, our salesman was Ricky Hess. Everyone there was wonderful. We didn't feel like we were being conned or pressured. When we made the deal we ONLY dealt with our salesman... he did have to get it approved, but he didn't send anyone over to "bully" us. We felt that our salesman was honest, sincere and would highly recommend him!! More
I went into this dealership looking to purchase a new car. The first night I went in I told Tom and Jose exactly what I was looking for and the car I saw online and they were quick to help me, however t car. The first night I went in I told Tom and Jose exactly what I was looking for and the car I saw online and they were quick to help me, however they were showing me cars I did not want to see. After telling them twice that I wanted to see the car I saw online I finally saw it. I had to make an appointment to go back there as I was not purchasing the first night I went. Before I left that night I spoke with Tom in detail about the features I wanted in my car and price range. I was told "I will work with you and we can get you to where you need to be". I left excited thinking I was about to get a new car. When it came time to go back and negotiate it was a different story. Tom did not want to work with me in fact after telling me he could keep my payments around what I am paying for my Camry the night before, they were all of a sudden going to be over $200.00 more and that I was not entitled to any rebates they were offering and would have to pay sticker price. I asked him why he told me what he did the night before and he could not answer me. He was completely rude and arrogant and when he told me to hang on he was going to check something he didn't, he went to joke around with the other salesmen instead. He wasted my time as well as my families time. In addition the money I wasted in gas and tolls to get there twice! He was completely rude and Jose was very stand offish once he found out I was not purchasing that night. This is not how you treat your customers and based off of the other reviews I have read I do not understand how they have customers and are still in business. This place is a joke and a poor representation for Kia! More
Day 1- talk deal and trade value $4500 Jose and Jeff Day Day 1- talk deal and trade value $4500 Jose and Jeff Day 2- 5hours of talk got me at $239/mon, $1304tax tags, $4500trade Jose, Jeff, Tim Aske Day 1- talk deal and trade value $4500 Jose and Jeff Day 2- 5hours of talk got me at $239/mon, $1304tax tags, $4500trade Jose, Jeff, Tim Asked me to write check to close deal.Jeff came back-no deal. Promised a 2013 he can get this price and payments.Said he'd call instead of me driving there again. Day 3 the phone calls...Jose says if we can budge about 10-15$ more a month we can get the deal done. So I do, gets back to me we can't do the deal. Unofrtunately we went wrong telling you $4500 for trade...even though Jeff said he would honor that trade value to make the deal happen. Liars, Thieves, Disappointed. It is a Kia, not a BMW. I have bought 2 cars from them in past, same feeling. Don't honor your loyalty to dealership. They are out to get the most from you...not a deal. They had still so much headroom to lower cost of vehicle. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE--don't waste you life or your family's time. I have goood credit and have been consistan;y employeed by the same school disctrict for 12 years. They made a mistake....this was the deal that ruined that complex. I will tell all who I work with and share with world through web..BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU attention. Also very disrepectful, cursing F&^%, talking to co workers about strip clubs and smoking like steam stacks. Jose, I believe is a good guy, but they are rubbing off on him badly. Jose' pray for new place of employment before its to late and you become like the rest of the crooks there. More

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, the sales manager at the dealership is the rudest you can ever experience. The sales guy "Jose" was very nice - he might want to find a job elsewhere. The sticker price on the SUV is not the rudest you can ever experience. The sales guy "Jose" was very nice - he might want to find a job elsewhere. The sticker price on the SUV is not the seliing price. This place is a dump and they have an NEGATIVE attitude, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so you can save your STRESS. I am going to KIA of BURLINGTON - same SUV - better price, better service. More
Dealt with Arthur online. Kept in contact with me after I had submitted a request online. Said $800 under dealer to factory invoice. Pretty much what I paid for the car. Kia Sorrento EX. Took a test dr I had submitted a request online. Said $800 under dealer to factory invoice. Pretty much what I paid for the car. Kia Sorrento EX. Took a test drive Alexis did not introduce herself seems to be her typical M.O. Sat waiting for the paper work guy to finish with a customer, then she asked me if I wanted to sit in the waiting area. Instead of explaining the features of the car. Then when the paper work was done , she said why don't I transfer the stuff from my trade car to the new car. This all could have been done while I was waiting for 2hrs. I had to be somewhere , and she was trying to hook up my iPhone to the stereo and couldn't. She then told me I would have to buy a special cable. After I left it took me about 10 minutes to figure it out, without the manual. I then also was pressured to give them all 10's on a survey, if contacted. I did not agree to do that. I filled out the survey and then was contacted by Alexis and called a liar, for telling the truth. She then said to me I should have told her these things so she could fix them. The problem is they already occurred. I don't sell cars so how can I tell you to do a better job, oh wait a survey. They really don't get the point. In fact I was seriously considering buying another car from them until I got the phone call. I think I would have been the only one. I was a little upset so I called the manger John but did not give his last name. He wanted to know what the point of my call was after I explained the situation. He then said," this is America and if Alexis wants to call me and complain thats her right. (at home on a Saturday on dealership time) really? While this her right a ridiculous statement from anyone in sales. Then told me he doesn't have time for this and that he was sorry I was having a bad day when I filled out the survey. So I guess everyone gets A's now, no one wants to get better, or take any criticism, even though all its going to do is help them in the end. More
I came to the showroom looking for a new Kia. The sales manger introduced himself and told me he would get a salesperson to help me - so far, so good. He then said that they were having a special promotio manger introduced himself and told me he would get a salesperson to help me - so far, so good. He then said that they were having a special promotion which ended the day before but he was extending it to "today" (e.g. the day I visited the showroom). I told him that I am planning to buy a car very soon but was not going to make a decision to buy that day on the spot. His face then dropped and I could see the interest in providing any good service waning. He then brought over a sales woman to show me the models I was interested in seeing and driving. She never introduced herself or took any interest in me. She just asked what models I wanted to see and then took me to the lot, to meet her obligation. I quickly found a reason not to buy any car from them and got out as soon as I could. This dealer is part of the Cherry Hill Dodge group (renamed the Triplex). I had a bad experience at the Dodge dealership about 20 years ago (we literally drove out of the dealer with sales people following us into the street). It is obvious they have not changed! More
I was severely put off by the demeanor of all the sales associates I came in contact with (when I was swooped on like prey). I'm as acerbic as they come, and even I was offended by their sarcasm. Not the associates I came in contact with (when I was swooped on like prey). I'm as acerbic as they come, and even I was offended by their sarcasm. Not the way to win over a lady, trust me! Although I had enough time to look at the car I was considering (Kia Forte), the pushiness made me want to leave within minutes. Ultimately, I went with another car altogether. However, if I had decided on the Forte, I was going to drive to Turnersville, where I have bought a Kia before and liked the staff Advice: learn manners! More
I noticed a car that is reasonably priced in their inventory on a Saturday night. I asked for more information and I specifically stated that if this price is based on some conditions. I even clearly inventory on a Saturday night. I asked for more information and I specifically stated that if this price is based on some conditions. I even clearly stated I am not military, I do not own any mitsubishi. Sunday they called me and told me that the price was correct and it is not subject to any conditions as I feared. So for Monday evening I made an appointment asked my friend to drive me there for 1 hour, tested the car for another hour. Finally we moved onto price part. I told him I am fine with the price tag on the internet I won't even bother with negotiating. He goes talks to the manager and we are already talking how we are going to drive back. But big surprise he came back saying "I cannot do the price on the internet because you are not college student, military and don't qualify for loyalty rebate". So the price suddenly spikes $1500. I asked them why they didn't tell me about this when I clearly said my status and clearly asked about the price on the phone. He didn't have an answer not even a sorry. Worst of all noone called me back to apologize on what happened. They wasted 3 hours of me and my friend's life for nothing and I am not even counting all the gas and toll cost we had to get there. I would never do business with this place if I were you. This is not how you do business. Even if you sell that car for the price I wanted now I won't buy it. You lost my trust. More
The customer service and attentiveness of our salesman was top notch. But the sales manager, not so much. I don't know his name but he was tall, greasy and tan with no hair and had an ugly attitude. Ba was top notch. But the sales manager, not so much. I don't know his name but he was tall, greasy and tan with no hair and had an ugly attitude. Basically we were interested in buying the Mitsubishi EVO X and were shopping for prices. Our salesman was extremely friendly and wonderful to work with (I wish we remembered his name. He had a photo of his kids on his desk). He even gave us an extended test drive and was down to earth. Even told us about his days as a police officer . But when it came time for number crunching, although he provided us courteous service, we had a restaurant reservation to meet and when his sales manager heard of it, came out and lashed out on us. Basically asking "WHY WERE WE HERE IF WE DIDNT WANT TO GET THE CAR TODAY" Literally, hand shaking us before even saying it and then saying, "well have a nice day, you can leave now". Like seriously, its a $40,000 car. I have a right to shop around and I as a customer have every right to do whatever I'd like, even if thats leaving without anything. Anyways, I would go elsewhere if elsewhere is an option. Remember, the sales manager is loud mouthed and is balding. Keep a look out!! More
