I am a girl in my early 20s who went there to see a car I had seen online. Long story short I ended up buying th car. While there waiting we discovered that the door handle amd window button on the inside of had seen online. Long story short I ended up buying th car. While there waiting we discovered that the door handle amd window button on the inside of the passenger door do not work. They said it could not be fixed that day but i could bring the car back earlier another day and they would take care of it. They also needed an additional proof pf address. I came back and they said that the student loan information was not enough, and somehow neither was my license or anything else. I asked her to send it to the bank anyway amd see if they would accept it but she was sure they wouldn't. So i made another trip home amd back. May i just add that i live almost 2 hours away, and work 12 hour shifts in a hospital which made this a huge hassel. So after i come back she informs me that the bank accepted the other paper afterall. Oops! And she laughed it off like nothing. I guess wasting my time is funny to her. After driving the car home i put down the visor and opened the mirror to have shattered glass fall on me. A broken visor mirror isnt a huge deal but i felt that they purposely didnt tell me about it. And when i told them about they door they had "no idea" which makes me wonder if they had any idea what they were selling me. 6 months later i am in the process of trying to trade in the car, which by the way still has a nonfunctioning door handle amd window button on the passenger door, along with a ton of other electrical problems ive discovered in the past few months. After having a terrible time trying to find a time when they could fix it (I was repeatedly told they were busy and would have to schedule through this or that person) I decided they had done enough damage and i didnt even trust them to fix anything. And they also snuck extra money into my loan amount, and the final amount was not what I agreed to. Overall I feel that I was taken advantage of and ripped off, and the customer service was terrible. I regret the purchase. The only good thing i have to say is about the finance guy, whose mame i unfortunately forget. He was very nice and accomodating, and is the only person in that place who seems to care about the customers. More
This was our fifth auto purchase from Robert at CherryHill Kia. We have been more then pleased with the prising, friendly customer service as well as the time and strong efforts that Robert provide CherryHill Kia. Well My wife and i went in to test drive a new Kia Sorento a few weeks ago and I couldn't believe the tactics used to try and sell a car. The salesman had to be in his early 20's tall kid can't rememb Sorento a few weeks ago and I couldn't believe the tactics used to try and sell a car. The salesman had to be in his early 20's tall kid can't remember his name but i still have his card somewhere in my car ill let you know when i find it. He was awesome i told him when i first went in there that we had a few more cars we wanted to test drive. Now i understand were not his ideal customers but he treated us as if were were he pulled up the car explained it better than the previous two dealerships I've been to and answered everyone of our questions. He explained to us that he understood that it takes time to make a decision like this but did tell me he believed we would be back when we compared the Kia to the other makes and he was probably right we loved it and really like him but than before leaving he said do me a favor and give me a minute to touch base with the boss. Next thing you know i had a manager i remember his name Bernard. He came over and said if i liked the car why wouldn't i buy it now and even started with my salesman just spent an hour with you, his exact words were you mean to tell me you came out on a beautiful day to test drive a car?. We couldn't believe the way a manager was talking to us. I want to buy a car from that salesman but do not want that manager to benefit so my wife and I have a big decision to make. More

My fiance and I came in here on Labor Day and were set up with Tim Fitzpatrick as our sales rep. We immediately felt at ease with Tim; he was upbeat, friendly, professional, informative, attentive, and far f with Tim Fitzpatrick as our sales rep. We immediately felt at ease with Tim; he was upbeat, friendly, professional, informative, attentive, and far from pushy. We let him know what we liked, what we wanted, what we needed, and what our budget was. Tim showed us two cars, and seemed to have an honest feel for what would work for us. He did not try to upsell us, and was very mindful of our budget. After two test drives, we met with Tom McClaren, a finance manager. Tom also made us feel at home, and was again, efficient, professional, friendly, and listened to our needs, concerns, and budgets, without every making us feel uncomfortable, nervous or pressured in any way. Tom helped us get the car we want and stayed under our budget! He even assisted us in our insurance application. I never thought it was possible to have a good car experience, but we actually had a wonderful, enjoyable one! We were there less than three hours total, and walked away with keys in our hands! I have already referred Cherry Hill Triplex, and specifically, Tom & Tim, to several friends. We love our car and had an outstanding experience. THANK YOU CHERRY HILL TRPLEX, TOM & TIM! We will definitely be back when we are ready for our second vehicle! More
Stopped into Cherry Hill Kia look at the Optima. Sales management can be best described as thugs. In the time I was there, I witnessed a senior manager twice verbally abuse their sale reps in the show ro management can be best described as thugs. In the time I was there, I witnessed a senior manager twice verbally abuse their sale reps in the show room. Very shady business. If you want to spend thousands more for your car, then this dealership is for you. Senior sales representative had the audacity to tell me they only sell vehicles 2 to 3 thousand dollars OVER MSRP. A completely HORRIFIC experience at Kia of Cherry Hill. We'd purchased a new Kia in the past from this dealership, and had a relatively benign purchase experience. So we came back to look at pre-owned Kia We'd purchased a new Kia in the past from this dealership, and had a relatively benign purchase experience. So we came back to look at pre-owned Kias to add a third car. The experience was entirely different than several years ago - a glib, high-pressure salesperson combined with an even higher-pressure manager. We found a Kia Soul that suited our needs well, and attempted to negotiate a deal. The manager was quick-talking, and changing the "deal" numbers frequently - all scribbled on the same page - they tried to make it very confusing. We were fortunate to keep our heads straight and insisted on a specific price, with specific features and a specific down payment. We thought everything was settled and had price we wanted in hand, but before signing the dotted line, we noticed that the quoted monthly finance payment seemed excessive. I re-calculated the monthly payment using several different finance calculators, and there continued to be a discrepancy. Turns out the dealership was "sneaking in" an extra $1,000 for an extended warranty that we'd ALL agreed would be INCLUDED in the negotiated price for the car. They were just hoping we wouldn't notice. Then they back-pedaled and said that they'd never agreed to include it, but added it on "only because you wanted it". I do not appreciate these shenanigans. Deal off - we left immediately. More
We went into to look at a used vehicle after looking online and seeing "internet pricing" After looking at a few cars, we test drove one and decided to buy it. The vehicle we liked did not have a stic online and seeing "internet pricing" After looking at a few cars, we test drove one and decided to buy it. The vehicle we liked did not have a sticker on it yet and was not listed on the website. The salesman told us he would get us the "internet price". When he told us the price, I had a gut feeling he was lying to us, but since it wasn't listed, I couldn't prove it. We tried to negotiate a better price, at which point the salesman told us that it was going to come down to the trade in value. We had the trade in with us, so we asked him to evaluate it. He said that they would not evaluate it until we were committed to buying a car. We explained that we had a down payment (in cash), a blank check from our credit union and the title to the trade in... we were ready to buy IF we could agree on a price. Once again, he told us they wouldn't look at it until we committed. Again, we explained exactly how far apart we were and he AGAIN told us that the trade in could make the difference. It was very frustrating. Finally, they looked at the trade in and offered us very little. I was ready to leave, but he kept pushing. After feeling like I was in a police interrogation, we actually came to an agreement. The salesman made me sign off on the deal AND took my cash, check and title "to get approval from the sales manager". The sales manager then came over and said he couldn't do it. He back tracked to the original price and acted like he was taking money off, but really wasn't or was only taking off a minimal amount. We left... after finding the same vehicle with less miles at a much better price, I decided to see if they listed the vehicle on their website. I was curious if we were lied to about the internet price, because all of the other dealers had the same vehicle cheaper, and generally speaking Kia had competitive pricing on all of their other vehicles. It turns out they DID list and it was $1000 cheaper than they told us. The sales manger did not even come down to the REAL internet price in our negotiations!!! What losers. Two days after visiting KIa, we purchased the same vehicle, with less miles for less money. We were also offered more than double for our trade in than Kia offered. The dealer we bought from was Mt. Ephraim Dodge, our salesman was Ricky Hess. Everyone there was wonderful. We didn't feel like we were being conned or pressured. When we made the deal we ONLY dealt with our salesman... he did have to get it approved, but he didn't send anyone over to "bully" us. We felt that our salesman was honest, sincere and would highly recommend him!! More
I went into this dealership looking to purchase a new car. The first night I went in I told Tom and Jose exactly what I was looking for and the car I saw online and they were quick to help me, however t car. The first night I went in I told Tom and Jose exactly what I was looking for and the car I saw online and they were quick to help me, however they were showing me cars I did not want to see. After telling them twice that I wanted to see the car I saw online I finally saw it. I had to make an appointment to go back there as I was not purchasing the first night I went. Before I left that night I spoke with Tom in detail about the features I wanted in my car and price range. I was told "I will work with you and we can get you to where you need to be". I left excited thinking I was about to get a new car. When it came time to go back and negotiate it was a different story. Tom did not want to work with me in fact after telling me he could keep my payments around what I am paying for my Camry the night before, they were all of a sudden going to be over $200.00 more and that I was not entitled to any rebates they were offering and would have to pay sticker price. I asked him why he told me what he did the night before and he could not answer me. He was completely rude and arrogant and when he told me to hang on he was going to check something he didn't, he went to joke around with the other salesmen instead. He wasted my time as well as my families time. In addition the money I wasted in gas and tolls to get there twice! He was completely rude and Jose was very stand offish once he found out I was not purchasing that night. This is not how you treat your customers and based off of the other reviews I have read I do not understand how they have customers and are still in business. This place is a joke and a poor representation for Kia! More
