OCT. 31 I purchased a 2005 Impala used. The car needed repairs in the first week. The heat shut off and the transmission was slipping. I complained to my salesman, James Davis who solicited me to return repairs in the first week. The heat shut off and the transmission was slipping. I complained to my salesman, James Davis who solicited me to return and he would find a better vehicle, make good on this deal. My Impala loan total was $10094.00 including the warranty that I was made to purchase. I was only given $5000 as a trade in on the Impala (60 days) told this is normal depreciation, I felt trapped. Keep the lemon? How would I be able to get another car unless I deal with them? Trapped. The night I went back, I was told they had a KIA Forte that they could make a great deal with, we did not complete the deal, they were closing and I signed responsibility to take the Forte and return. I returned, they sat me in the salesman's area and I waited over 50 minutes. No one person checked in with me. I left. When I returned, Bernard had another story for me about my deal. Again, I felt trapped and did not do and clearly know now what I should have done -- WALK OUT. I did not feel I could. I regret and know I made the huge mistake of signing paperwork that had inacurrate figures of car total for the Forte and trade in values -- this enable Cherry Hill KIA to keep the 1900.00 warranty money owed to me, that my salesman James Davis said I would be refunded. Cherry Hill KIA saw my inexperience and manipulated me. No one at that dealership cares about the customer. Its about profit and commission. Contract fraud means nothing to this dealership. Watch out!! More

My husband, son and I had a very positive experience in purchasing a new automobile for my son. It is his first "new" car and it was made easy for him by the efforts of Mr. Ketterer. Kia of Cherry Hill was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been in in over twenty years of buying cars. These guys are the guys that give car salesmen bad reps! The salesman and his manager were I have ever been in in over twenty years of buying cars. These guys are the guys that give car salesmen bad reps! The salesman and his manager were extremely condescending and rude and wouldn't negotiate in good faith at all. I sensed their sleaziness from the onset with their pompous and condescending demeanors. I was ready to buy, and just like all of us, I was just looking for a fair and honest deal. They had a used Optima on the lot for around $28,000 sticker price. I was interested in it and realized that I had seen it in an online advertisement for $25,995. After realizing I was dealing with two snake oil salesmen, I explained to them that I was interested in the car, but told them to check with their manager and come back with the "very best price they could do with whatever incentives, etc." Well, lo and behold, the manager came back and said that the best he could do was like $26,750 which was like $800 over their advertised price! When I called him out on it you could see that he knew I caught him being a thief. He was an indignant, rude weasel and his true colors came out. Rather than apologize, admit he was wrong, and try to earn my trust and my business he tried to turn it around on me saying that I should have asked for that deal. As I expressed my disappointment in him and the dealership, all he could say was "have a good day, Sir." Kia should be ashamed that in this day and age of the Internet that some two-bit sales manager can have the audacity to think they can bilk the public out of their hard earned money when their advertisement says one thing and they try to extort you for more. If I was the boss, he'd be shown the door, not just for being a rude and condescending man, but for being so dumb to think that he could pull such a greedy and sleazy move on a potential customer. If you go there, do your homework, catch them in their lies and games and buy somewhere else like I will. Shame on you Kia of Cherry Hill and good riddance! More
Terrible experience. I would never recommend this dealership even to my worst enemy. I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento on 1/9/13 at the Cherry Hill Kia. The customer service here was AWESOME! Tim, our salesman, was the best. He was kind, patient, well-informed, and most of all- he did not Hill Kia. The customer service here was AWESOME! Tim, our salesman, was the best. Herman was very helpful, from the moment I walked in the door (5 minutes before close). He was also very patient and not too pushy as I checked out 3 other cars over the next 1.5 weeks.
