The next day I received a call from a manager who asked how things went and upon learning what happened, he almost begged me to come back, saying that things would be better. I was clear about the price I wanted, and he said "it would all be alright". Well, I did go back. My original salesman asked me why I was back (he apparently hadn't read his email from the manager). The guy who does the negotiating left me seated for 1 1/2hrs and then called me over to tell me that he had checked with his manager and unless I wanted to pick a car from their lot, they wouldn't meet my price (they were originally going to get the car I wanted from some place else). All I could say was, "but your manager called me and asked me to come back!". He said that "the internet managers don't always have the right information"???? And would you believe it, I received another call this morning from another manager. I briefed him on my story, but told him that I had no plans to ever come back there. He said goodbye very quickly after that. I eventually purchased my car from Matt Blatt. Completely different experience. More

I told them I was bringing a Bank check, and when I got there we were seated for about an hour and 20 minutes or so. Then our "salesman comes up and told us that another salesman JUST sold that car to someone else. after telling me this they tried to bring up a car that was black and we said NO we wanted a sandstone colored car and guess what!! they brought up a car that had the exact same mileage that was on the car listed for sale on the internet. So I drive 2 1/2 hrs...one way....and when I arrive, the mgr looks at me like I have 2 heads!! No clue I'm coming!!! Mgr pawned me off to Adhem...who gave me a line...that they can make deals noone else can. Well 10 days later...no deal is done...or will be made. These internet ppl I think get paid commission...just for coming in. place is a joke...congrats to those who were lucky. This place reminds me of a place in Totowa. More

I had no intention of getting a new car! Well that is exactly what ended up happening! I was greeted at the front by a a very polite gentle man by the name of Adam Campbell. I asked Him one Question. How much was the Kia Sorento? And that was it! Traded my van and drove away in a brand new Kia!!!! LMF Thanks again Adam for making this Car leasing experience so Easy!!!!! Will definitely be Back!
