Scheduled appointment to have missing second key replaced - couldn't get the key because they did not have the blank. Remote start installation which was supposed to be done by noon was done at 5PM. Sales manager who used the car as his demo activated the xm radio 90 day free trial leaving 32 days for me. Left dozens on messages for sales managers & finance department with no calls back. Sales manager asked me to delete my email survey instead of giving them negative grades because they didn't want problems from Kia. Supremely disappointed with dealership - love the car though. More
Cash in hand and we were ignored. I was interested in buying a Kia Soul, so my husband and I went to Kia of Cherry Hill to look at what they had to offer. I was originally in the mark I was interested in buying a Kia Soul, so my husband and I went to Kia of Cherry Hill to look at what they had to offer. I was originally in the market for a used Soul, so when we arrived at the (incredibly crowded) lot, we went to look at the Souls. The lot was disorganized, and we found Souls in several different locations. However, we found 3 that we were interested in, but we waited 30 minutes in that lot, and nobody came out and talked to us! We only saw one salesperson on the lot and when my husband asked if we could get someone to talk to us, he said nothing and walked off! My husband was furious, so we jumped back into my car and went to Burlington Kia. Not only did I leave with a Soul, but they worked with me to get me a brand new one in my price range! My husband went back to Kia of Cherry Hill the next day to tell them about the terrible treatment we got, and the only reply was, "Well, we're a very high-volume dealer. You should have come into the showroom." I'm sorry, but they didn't look all that busy to me at the time, and every other time I have ever walked onto a dealer's lot, someone has come out within a reasonable amount of time to at least ask me to hold on while they got someone to help me. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I hope they know that they missed out on a guaranteed sale. More

They told us to leave the deposit and take the car home and that when the finance manager comes in that friday he will call the underwriter and ask for a favor. friday i get a call to bring in more paperwork and i asked for status and was told that it was going real good, looks like a done deal, he also told us come back monday afternoon because the weekend was very busy. Monday i got a reminder call and i asked again for status and i was told that we just needed to go in and sign for the car to take ownership. We got there and it was all a lie, they didn't find us a bank and were still working on it, so i asked them why was i told that we were approved? no one knew why. we sat there from 530 to 9 and we left without the car. I told them i was going to take it to the GM, what a mistake, Mr. cobb the Gm called me after me leaving him a message with a nasty attitude, "what do you want? he said and when i tried to explain he said he already knew the situation, the story his employees gave him and told me "your just mad because you lied in your application and didn't get approved" i was floored, he had me on speaker phone and said hurry up and say what you have to say. I asked him where was he at so i can go and speak to him and he said the kia lot and hanged up the phone. Our characters were completely assassinated by their employees and their GM finished the job... More

So I arrived with all paperwork, exact car and package the deal was for - apples to apples. I could not have made this easier. Told they didn't have that exact car, but would go and get it off of their Maple Shade lot. 3 hours later - that wasn't the exact car either, but would get it in a day or two.(I was not the only customer there who was being held for hours and hours - one 70+ year old lady had been there 9 hours and then they screwed her paperwork up), another one was getting the same story as me (looking for the car in their other lot, but can't find it - after 7 hours come back in a couple of days and kept their car) They kept my 2013 Optima EX - gave me a loaner - and had to come back again. So on 2/17/16 I pick up the car. I was "kiddingly" told I bad been getting "nervous " over nothing, they woukd have the exact car and package no problem. I even e-mailed the soecs AGAIN to Vin to give to Antonio to make sure it was the right xar. No problem I was told. I had not had a chance to take it on road until yesterday and it DOES NOT HAVE THE PREMIUM PACKAGE I ASKED FOR! The sound system is a basic awful sound with tinny tones and no equalizer. I had shown them the deal with Murray that had the Harmon Kardon sound system. This is the one thing I work hard to treat myself to and music is important to me I always, always get a really nice sound system. My 2013 had all of this and heated rear seats and other options I handed to them in print with an actual Vin number so they would get it correct. The sales manager Antonio and Saleswoman Alexis were personable and amicable. No complaints with them, but every time you call you are bounced around to someone else that you have to tell the story to and they make excuses as to why you probably didn't hear something correctly. This car is going back Monday. It has been days of nonesense with me trying to get little things straightened out and I am tired of this chaotic dealership. I have NEVER in 30 years of buying/leasing cars had this much nonesense at a dealership. Internet Sales says one thing and then no one in the dealership seems to know anything about it. As an additional note: I had the spare doughnut tire kit in my 2013, which I asked be put into the 2016. All they did after having an entire day to do it, was have a lot boy put it in the trunk well without the foam holder or securing it. The tire and kit are rattling all around the trunk well. And, being from Philadelphia I have to go to an inspection station somewhere to get Pennsylvania stickers - no information about who or where to take it. The dealership is supposed to pay for that. Just not happy and very frustrated and annoyed. More
