Another Lemon & Staff Avoiding the Issues Similar to Bill's post, I bought a used Toyota Camry from their lot and it's been a nightmare. 1- They didn't transfer my plates like I paid for a Similar to Bill's post, I bought a used Toyota Camry from their lot and it's been a nightmare. 1- They didn't transfer my plates like I paid for and requested at time of purchase 2- The Vehicle was not inspected in this state and had out of state stickers and I was NOT notified 3- I found broken bottle glass under my drivers seat which cut my hands, the glass was large and the car be obviously not cleaned before selling i to me 4- A pill bottle full of the previous owners Adderall was found in my vehicle right before it's state inspection 5- The Brakes are squealing after 2 months, the dealership said they would fix this and I took a day off work for the car to be serviced. When I picked the car up it was still squealing and told it would be $400 to fix the real issue. 6- Now the radio wiring is going haywire and every button on the dash powers down the radio. I have been calling and leaving messages for weeks with only the service department responding that they want me to drop my car off tomorrow but there is no explanation on what will be done to my vehicle and no one other than the service department has spoken to me. The General Manager William (Bill) Kopp and saleswoman Gigi are not returning my calls. The joining dealership, Dodge, had their manager call me to see if they could help and I only have good things to say about them, but the Kia side is a huge scam. It should honestly be shut down for such shady practices. I'll be contacting anyone and everyone, from news outlets to the better business bureau, to Kia themselves, to be sure that something will be done so that they can't keep scamming consumers. Worst dealership experience ever!!! Went to by my daughter her first car. Finally found a car and worked the numbers and made a deal on a monthly payment. I had another engagement so I left my wife and daughter. 3.5 hours later they finally got them into the finance office. The xxxx bags tried to pull a fast one and raised the monthly price. Thank god my wife caught it. They would not budge and basically said screw you. Kia should be embarrassed to have the manager of this dealership working for them. He was as ignorant as they come. Oh did I mention that my daughter was crying and they did not have a ride home since they were planning to drive the new vehicle home. Total xxxx BAGS!!!!! More

We were assured it was a top quality vehicle and that it had gone through vigorous inspection. Over the course of the three months the vehicle has been in the shop more then at our home. Transmission, Brakes, Axle, Tires, And Radio have all had to been replaced. Please, Please do not purchase a vehicle from these folks, you would regret it....I would be glad to elaborate to anyone who needs further detail. Scheduled appointment to have missing second key replaced - couldn't get the key because they did not have the blank. Remote start installation which was supposed to be done by noon was done at 5PM. Sales manager who used the car as his demo activated the xm radio 90 day free trial leaving 32 days for me. Left dozens on messages for sales managers & finance department with no calls back. Sales manager asked me to delete my email survey instead of giving them negative grades because they didn't want problems from Kia. Supremely disappointed with dealership - love the car though. More
Cash in hand and we were ignored. I was interested in buying a Kia Soul, so my husband and I went to Kia of Cherry Hill to look at what they had to offer. I was originally in the mark I was interested in buying a Kia Soul, so my husband and I went to Kia of Cherry Hill to look at what they had to offer. I was originally in the market for a used Soul, so when we arrived at the (incredibly crowded) lot, we went to look at the Souls. The lot was disorganized, and we found Souls in several different locations. However, we found 3 that we were interested in, but we waited 30 minutes in that lot, and nobody came out and talked to us! We only saw one salesperson on the lot and when my husband asked if we could get someone to talk to us, he said nothing and walked off! My husband was furious, so we jumped back into my car and went to Burlington Kia. Not only did I leave with a Soul, but they worked with me to get me a brand new one in my price range! My husband went back to Kia of Cherry Hill the next day to tell them about the terrible treatment we got, and the only reply was, "Well, we're a very high-volume dealer. You should have come into the showroom." I'm sorry, but they didn't look all that busy to me at the time, and every other time I have ever walked onto a dealer's lot, someone has come out within a reasonable amount of time to at least ask me to hold on while they got someone to help me. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I hope they know that they missed out on a guaranteed sale. More
