Pushy & Rude I went to specifically look at a vehicle I found online. As soon as we walked in, we explained to the man sitting at the desk why we were here but he immediately started his speech of "how can we get you into a car today" and listed all specials that wouldn't have applied to us because we were not looking to buy a new Kia. Then we spoke to another man who were trying to get us into every other option - leasing a new car, financing another car, etc., before he would even show us the car. After we were firm, he finally took us to see the car but he didn't know enough about the car to answer our questions. After we test drove, we said that we would have to take some time to consider the car but he kept pushing. Eventually we were basically kicked out the door but because we were interested in the car, we kept looking into it. We went back 5 days later (and getting 5 different phone calls from the dealership between visits) and on a 2nd test drive, we decided not to buy the car because there were some serious mechanical issues that concerned us. Of course, they were trying to push us into a different car and when I firmly explained what we were looking for and had an answer to all of their questions, they called me combative. This is a high pressure sales environment. Avoid if possible. More
I bought the car I researched on the internet myself. He does work for his costumers. He also holds values to the costumers who keep their word. So when thinking along those lines, he is the guy to see. However, the dealership as a whole, I feel, is poorly run. I did not have a good experience from the get go. I had researched a certified used car that I was interested in looking at. (Kia Sorento). From walking in the door (without an appointment...which I got crazy looks when I came in off the street) I was sent to a manager who set me up with a manager who immediately asked if I was in the system. When I said this was my first time at a Kia dealership, he did not believe me. I said I was doing research and that I would be back with my husband. Overall, they tried to pressure me into the sale that day, but eventually laid off when they got the hint. I get it. They are in the business to move cars off the lot. No worries there. One of my biggest concerns is the time it actually took for me to see a car. 20+ minutes, in fact, after they asked what I was looking for, price range, copying my drivers license and even asking me if I had good credit (which honestly turned me off. I have great credit, but even if I didn't they should allow me to look at the car, no questions asked). David was very informative. I settled with two cars to choose from and said I would be back with my husband. Since it was a car for him, he had to be there and choose. We chose a great car with low mileage returned from a lease. The internet pricing was $2k off the sticker price. I set up an appt with them to test drive the two the following morning. They later sent me a text message with an additional $500 off the price. I thought, "GREAT! I love coupons!" Though, they wanted to honor only one of the offers...internet or the $500 off. I stood firm and made them apply both. It was a full day to get into the car we wanted, but I was happy with the price and the car we got. The only other huge issue I had was the fact when I first test drove the car it had car mats in the very back. The next day, they had disappeared. Not sure if they were unhappy that we were getting a better deal than they wanted, but it took me two more phone calls after the sale to get my mats. Not sure if they were from my actual car or not, but at least I got them. If you do chose to use this dealer, remember to stay firm. My advice would be to shop more than one day and more than one dealer. I know sometimes people are overly pressured for the sale because they need a car badly or just too excited to wait, but RESEARCH and be a smart shopper!!! More

David showed us all the features on the car and took us to an area were we could test drive it. I was really impressed by his knowledge of the car and his handling of all the numerous paperwork involved in completing the deal. We are completely satisfied and happy with the way he took his time with us and the no pressure treatment in assisting us in the purchase of this car. Bad Experience On August 16th I stopped by the Kia lot just to see if they had something I like. Salesman can out and introduce himself. I told him I'm just looking I don't have no money for down payment or anything. So he said we have alot of programs to help people with bad credit. Went inside and another manager came over asking all these questions about my family and showed me pictures of his family. Then asked me was I purchasing a vehicle because his sales people are there to make money and if they feel as tho their not going to sell a car they won't be able to help you. So this beautiful young lady came over I think her name was Vernell or something like that. She's was very helpful, polite and outgoing, she showed me my options and I picked the car I want which was the 2011 Toyota for 11,000.00. She talked to her manager and he got her to bring out a 2015 Kia Forte for 19,000.00, it was nice but not what I wanted. He had her come over and ask me for a 4,000.00 down payment and I told him I don't have that if I did I would have gotten a car already. So he ask me if I had a debit card I said yes he had the nerve to ask me how much did I have on my card, and I said 500.00 he want to use that and I said no the xxxx your not I can give you 100 down and pay the rest Friday all of a sudden I needed a cosigner. So I told him give me back my license and my debit card and I'll go get the cosigner. I never went back, the saleswoman was nice and went out her way to help me but I think her manager needs to find another carrier or get fired More

Went in looking for a 36 month lease and a payment that my daughter could work with, in the end they got to a figure they both thought was great but in the end they pulled a fast one on my daughter and switched to a 48 month lease. John had my daughter sign a paper then pulled it away without me seeing it. Ahdem was our sales person he was just as bush. When I confronted Ahdem he blamed John so neither talked to us then sent another guy to do their dirty work. They all knew it was Bush and deceitful. Second the sales lady says my car was appraised for a 1000 then we had to wait 7 hours for us to go over the paperwork then when i see the paperwork they only took my car for 95 DOLLAR'S LOL THATS RIDICULOUS please everyone if you want to trade in your car sell it before going to them they are scam artists i could of took my car to a junk yard and got 500 for it More
