My experience was a very satisfied experience. I liked dealing with this Kia dealership. All of the employees were extremely friendly and made me feel quite at home. David Hartley is the gentleman I dealt with the most. He is a polite fellow, mannerly, dressed very well, very knowledgeable when it came to the Kia Sorrento. David works very hard to make his customer feel important in all aspects of making a purchase. I would recommend him, especially, to my friends and relatives. More

Please Read!! & NEVER ever go to this Kia EVER, trust me! This post is a must read, trust me it will save you a lot of time and tears! I really wish I had read these reviews before going as I am a 20 year old college student, (paying my own bills). So my car was on its last leg and I was desperate for a new one. Since I obviously did not have a lot of money to put down or for monthly payments, I decided to go there since the internet prices were unbeatable, plus I really wanted to buy from a dealership and not just a little lot. (No offense to those but this was my first car and I wanted to make sure it was a good car... WHAT A MISTAKE!) I found the car online and fell in love, it was EXACTLY what I wanted and it just so happened... that I could afford it. mhm. They went above and beyond to take advantage of my family and me. First, they knew that I was the one buying the car, yet they kept looking at my step father when talking about prices, so finally I said 'I am the one buying, please look at me when discussing prices.' Not to mention they paired us with a salesman who... NEVER sold a car before! So he had absolutely NO idea what to do. Ryan was a rude arrogant man who would not meet in the middle with us and was getting frustrated with me when I told him over and over again that my price was the highest I could go. Anyways after HOURS of painstakingly trying to find a price we could somewhat work with we did the paperwork and HOURS later we had the deal and could soon leave with a car. *They promised to fill my tank, detail the car etc. They offered, I never asked for them to do that. ^ Neither of which did they do. I drove the car off the lot with expired inspection stickers which was my first strike. WHO SELLS A CAR WITH AN EXPIRED STICKER!? how do you miss that?! They never filled my tank, my car smelled terrible and it was still not detailed. So I drive my car that I am in love with back to PA where I go to school, and everything is fine with the car. Two days later, the Brake light and Battery light turn on. WHAT?! how!?!?! I call my parents freaking out, and they told me to come home that weekend so that KIA could fill my tank and check the lights out. So it still drives fine but I am very cautious when driving to work and home last weekend. **This is when the fun truly begins! I am driving back to NJ, on I-295. I am pulling off on exit 27 in Bellmawr, 15 minutes away from home. My Brake light and Battery light are still on and I look down to see that ALL of the lights, the ones that tell me something is wrong are now ON! My radio starts screeching extremely loud. So I pull over to the side of the highway (On the ramp mind you) and take a picture of all the lights that are on for documentation! Suddenly my engine light proceeds to turn on, and my engine starts making a terrible noise. So I start freaking out inside, but try to remain calm as I am on an extremely busy highway. I immediately call my Mom, it is now 11:30 at night. I try to tell her where I am located and that my car is acting up. I stay on the phone with my Mother as my parents come to the rescue. While I am waiting for the arrival of my parents, a crazed man who is under the influence pulls up behind me, insisting that he is trying to help me. But proceeds to tell me stories about his religion and terrorist organizations. YUP! So I try to stay calm as I can not leave. Finally my parents come, we try to jump my car, it turns on and then automatically turns off. Which anyone who knows cars, will know that has little to do with the battery which is a year old BTW, but th alternator is the one acting up. We wait for AAA to come and tow my car to the dealership. (this happened Saturday night) Monday (Halloween) comes and we are in contact with my car salesman, his (SUPPOSED boss) and the service man Joe. They told us before that it was guaranteed inspection and if anything were to not pass they would take care of it for free. So, as I had my car for less than 5 days and it broke down, we figured it would OBVIOUSLY not pass inspection. The entire day they kept telling us lies about how they would fix it and take care everything. When in the end, they did NOTHING, completely screwed us over and expected me to pay for a new battery, throttle and alternator. IF THEY LOOKED AT MY CAR BEFORE I SIGNED, THEY WOULD'VE SEEN THAT! instead of detailing, cleaning and filling my tank when I bought it, they were flipping the codes off of the car so that the lights would not come on until I drove off the lot. So essentially I am left for a car that does not drive, my savings are gone...into a car that does not drive, and I am heartbroken. How can people be this evil? They did nothing to help us, and in fact are somewhat smart for playing us like that. The best part, that they do not know is that my Mother works for one of the best law firms in the area, and my family and I will do everything in our power to take these 'men' down. They are low lives with no heart, integrity and soul. I hope that no one ever goes through what I have gone through as I am devastated and was put through a dangerous situation. I will make sure EVERYONE I know and that anyone I can get to listen, will know that Cherry Hill Kia is a disgraceful 'business'. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I seriously hope I have ended any and all business for them. I encourage you to buy a car from elsewhere even if it is a little more expensive, because then you won't have to worry about if it is a good car or if it will work! Goodluck! More
Doing what ever it takes to make money at buyers expense I should of read the reviews first. The only thing they cared about was keeping my payments at the same level I currently was paying. When I asked abo I should of read the reviews first. The only thing they cared about was keeping my payments at the same level I currently was paying. When I asked about trying to get them lower it was one excuss after an other why they could not do it. There was a lot of pressure to get me to buy the car at what they wanted payment wise. The sales associate Pernell Forrester was fine and I had no problems with him.It was the sales manage or the finance department that I had the poblems with. My credit is not that great but that still dose not give them the right to take advantage of it. I would not recommend this dealer to deal with unless bring a lawyer with you. I finaly got the car for about the same payments I was paying after a lot of pressure about the payments.I like the car. Also found out later through other sources that they could of worked with me to lower my payment. My advice buyer be aware of what the car dealer is doing. I know they are there to make money but to do so at your expense is out right wrong. More

They told us to relax, have some coffee we'll take care of the paper work. Got to the finance office so my mother could sign the paperwork ,70 year old lady, the completely distracted her while she signed. Once she signed and came out with the paperwork, they had added 7,000.00 to the deal. I came back to complain and they told me well it's too late she already signed. Less than one business day had passed before we came back, so they tell us we could trade it in for something else, but here is the kicker they would only allow me 5,000.00 for the trade. They sold the car for 18,000(robbery) once the car left the lot the value went down 13,000.00 dollars. What a bunch of SHMUCKS. but it's not over all the did was piss me off, I can't believe they would treat people like this, never deal with them. I will do everything in my power till the day I die to spread the word about these bunch of crooked, no goods dirtbags. First thing I will do is expose them in the Courier Post. Then it's on to news on television. I am pissed. This has only just begun. I will do everything I can legally to put the word out, this dealership is run by a bunch of thieves. More

Dan Elmer is an absolute joke So I made a internet appointment, was set up with a guy named Daniel Elmer. He is the definition of a sleezy type of car salesman you see portrayed in So I made a internet appointment, was set up with a guy named Daniel Elmer. He is the definition of a sleezy type of car salesman you see portrayed in the movies, smoking while we entered the building RIGHT BY THE FRONT DOOR. Than we over hear him arguing with his manager about why he should not deal with us before we said a word. I quote "there not buying sh*t, look at them bad credit probably have no money to put down and I'm not having that hurt my internet ratio" what a nice way to start huh?. After him introducing himself he asked and I quote "how much money will you be putting down, what is yore credit score?, and have you been turned down by any other dealership?. Not how are you doing welcome what car do you like ect. Obviously we wanted to leave at this point and I feel awful for Lucy my internet rep she was so sweet. Long story short we made up a reason to get out of there. He than turned to his manager and said see I told you don't give me people like that again, you would think he ran the dealership. Know one else even said hi. The result we went to Burlington Kia and were treated with great respect and purchased a car. I was appalled by the way he was talking not to mention loud enough many people could hear. Well Danny we are 735 scores not the best but enough to buy a car we only wanted to put $4000 down payment, which again I know is not a huge amount but was enough to buy a car. I also forgot to mention him telling who I think was another manager as we left stop with the internet customers if I can't make good money I'm not interested. Absolutely ashame for Lucy sorry you were great and as I told you I did plan on buying a car I was not lieing I purchased just at another dealership. Finally I am not the type of guy to make rude comments to other people based off what my first opinion is of that person but for someone putting other people down, you can work on your outfit them suspenders were in style back in my day the 1970s were in 2016 sir. Any how thank you Lucy and thank you to the original manager you were both wonderful how this guy sells cars is well beyond me. I'm sure he does but friendly tip to management and the owner you might want to rein this fellow in he will certainly destroy this dealerships reputation More
Liar from the Start Justin Richard internet Sales I communicated with Justin Richard all day long via phone and text about leasing a Kia Optima, he gave me a payment range for a "Maryland Special" $16 I communicated with Justin Richard all day long via phone and text about leasing a Kia Optima, he gave me a payment range for a "Maryland Special" $169-$173 Monthly.although this was hard to believe I asked him over and over are you sure this is correct , he responded yes on every occasion. I even had him call my wife to let her hear the deal, same answer yes no money down , tax and tags for MD rolled in on a 36mo lease 12,000 miles a year. After confirming this about 5 times, we decided to drive an hour and a half to lease this vehicle that Justin said he would be at the dealership until 9pm. We arrived about 615pm and nobody acted like they knew Justin or anything about the deal saying that the payment would be more like $220 with money down. We were livid to say the least, we drove a long way for this deal. So we sat there like we were a bother to them, hearing over and over that they can't believe he promised this and I let them read the text messages. The sales manager paid to fill out tank up but I think that was just to get rid of us. So with this being said, I would never purchase a car from them or lease or anything . They are liars just to get you there without any concern or morals or even the slightest bit of care of how far you have to travel to find out you've been lied to. Terrible experience. Keep your car I don't need it liars. Beware talking to a Justin Richard if that's his real name he is a liar. Thanks for reading and I hope you don't get screwed like we did. I am only giving ONE STAR on these question because it won't let me give 0 stars!!!!! More
