The whole experience was what car buying should be. Our sales consultant, Dave Hartley sensed that I was apprehensive ... which I was from previous car buying experiences. After introductions, he asked us a few questions to determine what our needs were in a new car. That in in itself was refreshing. In the past I've felt that car dealers just wanted to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. He suggested that we consider the Sorento and arranged for us to take a test drive. My wife and I loved the car before we had it off the lot. The fit, finish and amenities compare favorably with cars costing double and the car had a 'solid' feel with no wind noise at all. Dave explained the various financing and warranty programs that were available and we were able to negotiate what I felt was a very fair deal. More
