I did not have an appointment, as I have just walked onto other lots without one and still got great service. From the moment I walked in the door it was a bad experience. Nobody helped me. I stood there like an idiot until I said something to a man sitting at a desk who gave me an attitude and asked me if I had an appointment. The guy directed me to a sales rep named Dan E. He started by telling me that the car I was interested in was in the service center because it needed a part. I asked "oh, is there something wrong with it?" And he replied "I don't know? It needs a part?" My dad then asked which part it needed and the first man I spoke with replied by saying "we have hundreds of cars on the lots, how am I supposed to know which part it needs? It just needs a part!" Dan then told me I could look at the car if I wanted to, which I did. Beautiful car, but it had two scratches on the front and a big crack in the front bumper. Yes, this was a used car. A 2014 Kia Optima. Nevertheless, I won't buy a car with cosmetic defects. I told Dan about the imperfections and he laughed and told me "looks like you are looking for a new car" and I said "no, but I won't pay $20,000 for a car with scratches and cracks. He said "psh, well, this is a 35,000 dollar car so the price is great. No. this car was $35,000 in 2014, not 2017. So I asked him what the cars list price was and he said "I don't know? What did it say on the website?" I told him, and he said ok then it's that. I began trying to negotiate the price and he told me "you can't negotiate this price, you already negotiated the price by looking online". And I followed up by saying "well there is always room for negotiation". And he quickly shut me up by saying "I've been doing this for 25 years". Ok then I am not interested. Left. He even tried to get me to put a deposit down on the car and pick it up when it was done being serviced. I don't think so. I understand that these men need to have a hard front when negotiating but he blatantly disrespected me multiple times. Would never consider returning. Shame on you guys. More

After deal was done I found out the low balled me. My car blue booked for $4000 in good condition. I had new tires brakes shocks and struts and found out after the fact that they only gave me $2200. I will be montoring what they sell it for as part of my legal precedings. After deal was done I waited 3 hrs for finance. This is trick #2 they make you so anxious to leave that you rush through your paperwork. The 15,995 car wound up being 21995 even with trade. They hide numbers from you with catchy phrases like "I got this and you're good" next day I thoroughly examined my paperwork, ripoff city. Upon calling I was transfered all over the place only to be disconnected. Also in the 4 hrs I was there I watched the lot attendants beat the xxxx out of cars driving on and off the lot. Luckily my father is a federal judge and my uncle a financial analyst. They both have my paperwork and will not lose. I also got the gold warranty. If I need to use it in the future I imagine there will be issues. Poor snake infested dealer. Dont be fooled by the Triplex name its a typical used car hole. I can laugh at this because I have the resources to right my situation. I would steer clear of this dump. At least for the remainder of time they will be open. Im going after them tooth and nail and have plenty of resources at my disposal. Sorry guys you messed with the wrong person on this deal. More
Terrible and Liars If I could give this a negative score I would. First when I call Cherry Hill I speak to I agree on a price of 15,000 for a preowned Kia Sorenta. When I get to the dealership, they change the price right in front of me and the sales man tells me the sales rep over the phone works for a different company. I end up paying $1000 more then asking since I need the car and it's snowing. I purchased the car from out of state so I wait on my plates. Kia of Cherry Hill does not mention I need an inspection, and I have to call them back 5 times to get ahold of someone in titling, where they transfer my call around. Finally I talk to an Amanda - but to make a long story short it takes me 45 days to get my plates, so I cannot drive my new car for 15 days since the temp plates they gave me expired. Out of the 4 cars on website in which I went to see they only had one. They did not honor the advertised internet price on the One they had. Actual "bottom line" price given was $2,500 higher! Got bad vibes right away upon entering dealership. No reception desk, place appeared to be unorganized and not well kept up. Cars were filthy on outside and not detailed well on inside. Salesman was ignorant and unhelpful. Danced around every question I had, seamed like he did not want to catch himself in a lie later. I never take the time to write a review but this was the worst car buying experience ever! More
Very Poor Customer Service! I am unhappy to say that I had a very poor experience with Cherry Hill Kia. I purchased my 2017 Forte Hatch December 12. I absolutely am in LOVE with I am unhappy to say that I had a very poor experience with Cherry Hill Kia. I purchased my 2017 Forte Hatch December 12. I absolutely am in LOVE with it, drove a Ford Focus for years and my Kia just blows it out of the water. I have so many more features on this car and I even get better gas millage than my Focus. But the customer service that I had to experience was terrible. As I said I purchased the vehicle December 12, a month later I did not get any sort of call or email about my tags/registration. Come to find out the very rude lady in finance had messed up on the paperwork for the trade in for my Focus. She wrote the wrong millage and so the trade in wasn't accepted. She never gave us a call even though she insisted she did several times. I live about 30-40 minutes from Cherry Hill so we had to drive all the way back to get the paperwork fixed and re-sign everything. The woman said for the inconvince they would fill my tank for free which I appreciated. They called today, about a week later, but only after I had to call them once again to ask if my tags/registration were finally in. They said to come in everything was ready. Made the drive a 3rd time only to find they didn't have any inspection stickers because it was MLK day and the employees from the office were not working today. I'm not going out of my way and making a 4th trip just for a sticker that should have been prepared already after all I've had to go through! The woman in finance was not even empathetic after all she messed up before. It is a shame because I absolutely love my new car, but most of the employees here were very unprofessional and rude. The woman who sold my car to me was fantastic though, very charming young woman I believe her name was Alexis. They did say that they would meet me half way to pick up the inspection sticker, which I do also appreciate. I've just had such a horrible experience I just wanted to have everything taken care of the 3rd time. More

Very positive experience I was treated right from start to finish. A manager sat me down and asked what I hoped to accomplish on my vist. He then ontroduced me to John Mc, w I was treated right from start to finish. A manager sat me down and asked what I hoped to accomplish on my vist. He then ontroduced me to John Mc, who would take over the sales process and show me a New Sorento with 3rd row seating and AWD. After the test drive John, asked if I. liked the car enough to purchase it and I agreed. I must say, there was very little negotiating since I had explained my budget and while my credit was not perfect, it was good enough to get me approved on the car I wanted. John explained the process every step of the way, just as he explained the features and benefits of the Kia Sorento. I would reccomend going back and if possible seeing John Mc if you are considering a Kia on your future More
