Shadiness A-Plenty This was like every terrible stereotype you can imagine on car dealerships rolled into one awful place. After sending an online inquiry, I received a call from Tom, who i am guessing is a manager or salesperson. I told Tom that I am an easy sell - I want to get in-and-out and there were three cars on their site that I was interested in, all with under 20K miles for $15,000 or less. Those prices beat most other local competitors. Well, that is fine and dandy, if they actually had those cars on-site! Turns out, Tom lied about their inventory to get me on the lot. I thought it was quite fishy that up until an hour before my sales visit, the three cars I mentioned kept randomly disappearing, then reappearing on their website. Just to be sure, I texted Tom an hour or so before my scheduled visit and asked "Are the cars we discussed earlier still for sale? I just want to make sure before I go there" Tom replied "Yes we have certified used cars on the lot" - note that he didn't directly answer my question. I said, "I am asking if the three cars we specifically discussed are on the lot, including the one with 5K miles." He replied, clear-as-day "Yes" Spoiler-alert - those cars were not on-site and he straight-up lied to me to get me there. To add to this - 1) the showroom is BLASTING loud music from some obnoxious radio station. 2) The premises are dirty and cramped. 3) I was passed off to three different sales people while I was there, only one of which was helpful 4) They use the tired tactic of making people wait for NO REASON when you ask them to provide information on something. For example, I asked them to double-check that the cars I was interested in were for sale. The salesperson went to the main office for 10-15 minutes (it should've taken maybe 30 seconds). I got fed up and went to the office to let them know I was fed up and leaving and saw my salesperson chatting away with one of the managers. This is a tired and really insulting sales tactic to get people so tired of waiting that they will agree to terms or a deal that they don't really want, just to speed up the process. I can cite a dozen other things that came up that were really troubling, but I'll sum it up like this - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Do not even consider it. They lie to get you on-site and care WAY more about the sale as opposed to the customer's happiness. Tom - eventually this stuff will catch up to your business. Instead of utilizing these BS tactics, try separating yourself from other dealerships by providing a good experience and treating people right. I wish I could give them a negative score. Travis and Gigi were fine. Everythign else I experienced was a waste-of-time and a nightmare. More

I bought the same car tonight in Vineland for what they said was an impossible price for them to sell it to me for. People SHOP AROUND before you buy from them. You will be glad you did! And just get up and walk out if they make you uncomfortable! Don't put up with their nonsense. Hope this helps! More

Incredibly disappointed! So I received a voucher in the mail offering me a down payment of more than $6000. I called the dealership and asked that they look up my pay off and So I received a voucher in the mail offering me a down payment of more than $6000. I called the dealership and asked that they look up my pay off and tell me if they could put me in a new lease for the same payment or less. Explained I was not interested in paying anything more and if they could not assist please do not waste my time or theirs. I spent more than two hours at the dealership only to find they offered me a payment approximately 150% higher than what I stated my current payment was. I was very honest. Stayed that if they could not put me in a new lease for the same payment or less to please not waste my time. I have no idea why it has to be a constant game. Look up my pay off, look at my credit, look at what I'm looking to purchase and do the math. You should be able to tell me within 30 to 45 minutes if you can accommodate what I'm looking for. Another day of 2+ hours wasted. Cherry Hill Kia sucks and clearly does not listen to their customers! More

I was shot down by several dealerships because of credit issues and not having a co signer. I was so stressed out and was giving up. I was in a upside down loan with another car that wasn't even worth what I was paying. I needed a reliable car and something that was worth it! Lets just say, Adam Sharkawy is the MAN! He got me in a brand new 2017 Kia Forte with 33 miles! He was patient and took his time with the entire process. Thank you so much for your commitment and putting up with me all them hours! OMG! I still feel like its all a dream! No cosigner and payments I can afford. I've never had a new car and I didn't believe it until I was driving away off the lot and set up my payments with the bank. I would definitely recommend Kia of Cherry Hill. Make sure you ask for Adam Sharkawy. He was very informative and polite. I also got follow up calls to check and see how my new car was going and to make sure everything was ok. :) More
