The sales representative treated me as if he was doing me a favor by taking me out to look at different models and asnwering my questions. I am not one to sit around and be disrespected, so I decided to be done with Kia all together. Being as though I am an avid Kia fan, I did not want to get rid of a brand of reliable cars because of one sales representative. That being said, I found myself at the Cherry Hill Kia instead. Let me tell you, this experience was night and day. My sales representative, Michelle White, was so attentive. She had a certain charisma about her that made me forget all about my previous experience. She is the type of sales person that promotes customer loyalty. I ended up buying a 2017 Kia Optima with her that day. Will definietly be back again! More

I was very upset because of my situation and the managers assigned me GIGI. She was so helpful and calming. They all were. I was so nervous to deal with a dealership but once I sat down and went over everything with Gigi I felt a sense of calmness right away. She was very patient and showed me cars that would fit in my budget and family life. I was so pleased with her patience with me because I was a nervous wreck. I am so pleased with my purchase and she is an amazing sales person. Because of this, I will always be a customer of this dealership. I am a very happy customer. False Advertising and Liars I recently purchased my 3rd Kia through Kia Cherry Hill. They asked for me to bring in my lease early and would try to put me into a new Kia for a dis I recently purchased my 3rd Kia through Kia Cherry Hill. They asked for me to bring in my lease early and would try to put me into a new Kia for a discount. Sales was initially nice and helpful. After the fact, they lied to be about how many payments were left on my lease (I had to beg for the remaining check). They also lied to be about my disposition fee. I was told I would not be charged $400 because I was leasing/buying another Kia. What they did not tell me was that because I handed the lease in early, I would be penalized and charged the $400. When I called back and spoke with a sales manager and the finance office, they were rude and not helpful. Basically, they told me it was my problem. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Shadiness A-Plenty This was like every terrible stereotype you can imagine on car dealerships rolled into one awful place. After sending an online inquiry, I received a This was like every terrible stereotype you can imagine on car dealerships rolled into one awful place. After sending an online inquiry, I received a call from Tom, who i am guessing is a manager or salesperson. I told Tom that I am an easy sell - I want to get in-and-out and there were three cars on their site that I was interested in, all with under 20K miles for $15,000 or less. Those prices beat most other local competitors. Well, that is fine and dandy, if they actually had those cars on-site! Turns out, Tom lied about their inventory to get me on the lot. I thought it was quite fishy that up until an hour before my sales visit, the three cars I mentioned kept randomly disappearing, then reappearing on their website. Just to be sure, I texted Tom an hour or so before my scheduled visit and asked "Are the cars we discussed earlier still for sale? I just want to make sure before I go there" Tom replied "Yes we have certified used cars on the lot" - note that he didn't directly answer my question. I said, "I am asking if the three cars we specifically discussed are on the lot, including the one with 5K miles." He replied, clear-as-day "Yes" Spoiler-alert - those cars were not on-site and he straight-up lied to me to get me there. To add to this - 1) the showroom is BLASTING loud music from some obnoxious radio station. 2) The premises are dirty and cramped. 3) I was passed off to three different sales people while I was there, only one of which was helpful 4) They use the tired tactic of making people wait for NO REASON when you ask them to provide information on something. For example, I asked them to double-check that the cars I was interested in were for sale. The salesperson went to the main office for 10-15 minutes (it should've taken maybe 30 seconds). I got fed up and went to the office to let them know I was fed up and leaving and saw my salesperson chatting away with one of the managers. This is a tired and really insulting sales tactic to get people so tired of waiting that they will agree to terms or a deal that they don't really want, just to speed up the process. I can cite a dozen other things that came up that were really troubling, but I'll sum it up like this - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Do not even consider it. They lie to get you on-site and care WAY more about the sale as opposed to the customer's happiness. Tom - eventually this stuff will catch up to your business. Instead of utilizing these BS tactics, try separating yourself from other dealerships by providing a good experience and treating people right. I wish I could give them a negative score. Travis and Gigi were fine. Everythign else I experienced was a waste-of-time and a nightmare. More
