Don't Feel Satisfied Came in under the USAA car buying with member price letter, of which dealer stated was only if cash purchase and could I meet them half way in price. Came in under the USAA car buying with member price letter, of which dealer stated was only if cash purchase and could I meet them half way in price. Come to find out that is not true and not how car buying service works. I should have paid $1,000.00 less for car. Then gave them printed copy of insurance card, which they lost and had to have USAA send them another one. Had to listen to finance person tell me USAA's extended warranty was no good and I should have waited to listen to her. I should have walked out but was my husband's first car as he is from England and he really liked it. So if you want to pay more shop at Kia. We weren't even done the deal and sales woman started working with someone else. Mad at myself for tolerating the behavior. More

Good sales experience, but hassles afterward I thought Rita did a great job helping me find the right vehicle. She was knowledgable and easy to work with. I bought my fourth car there, and was pleased overall. My disappointments were that: As a customer buying a 4th car from this company, I was shocked that no loyalty discounts or rebates are offered. I did get a military discount, which was $400 I think. A few days after the deal, I received a message from financing while I was on vacation stating they needed me to resubmit a copy of my military diacharge in order to give me the credit. I did fax after I got back, but was insulted and felt it was an unnecessary hassle. A few days before my temp tags expired, I called for the status of my registration, which I paid for them to process. I left a message for financing, and when I went to lunch, I had a message from financing saying that someone had called me a week ago and told me my wife needed to come in and fill out forms. Except that I never received a call or if someone called, they dod not leave a message. My wife had to leave work early to rush in and fill out the form the next day, and I got a call a day later, after my tag was expired saying my registration was in. Luckily I did not get a ticket in between. This was a disappointing experience, I feel that I was not valued after the purchase, and my fourth purchase will be my last there. If I do buy Kia again, it will not be at Cherry Hill, because their volume has made them lose sight of the value of loyal customers. Not giving a loyalty discount should have been a red flag. More
