Gigi was great. I came in and was greeted by Adam who seemed nice in the beginning but later turned out to be a horrible liar. Even got an attitude and tried to get nasty. If it wasn’t for GIGI being so nice I would of told him no deal and walked out. He spoke to me as if he was superior to me because he’s a man and I’m just a women. Gigi is great she was so nice and explained everything to me. I will not deal with Adam again or his sidekick J who called me..asked me to come in then left me waiting for over an hour without addressing me once. Adam has horrible customer service he should never address customers in that tone ever! Gigi rocked she actually saved the day. Because I was over it after dealing with Adam, thank you Gigi for being so polite and helping me in making my decision. More

Was contacted by the dealer to come see a Stinger for an early lease trade in. Had a wonderful sales person walk me through the Kia Stinger and all the options. I was very upfront with her and told her of my good and bad experiences of car purchases. I made it clear that I wanted them to provide me with their best offer. Currently in a lease that I pay $379 per month with an Optima SLX ($40k msrp). She came back with an offer of $680 per month for a base stinger $40k msrp. I told her thank you but no thank you and proceeded to leave. She asked me to wait while she talked to her manager. I reminded her that I was upfront of the fact that I did not want to play the numbers game and waste time going back and forth. As I walked out the Manager came out screaming at me as to why I was so rude to his sales rep. He said I wasted 2 hours of her time and that was rude of me. I told him they wasted 2 hours of my time and that he should have offered a fair deal rather than try to take advantage of his potential customers offering a $300 mark up to what the lease deal should have been. I have purchased and leased several vehicles over the years and have never had such a terrible experience. Unprofessional, rude and a total disregard of customer service. Will never step foot in that dealership again and will advise everyone I know as well. More

Bait and switch ! We made an appointment to see a specific car on Saturday, when we arrived the car had not been detailed. It was MOLDY on the inside and actually s ! One of the tires was so worn I don't think it was legal. It was clear that it hadn't been moved months. When we said that we didn't want to take it out, our salesman told us he had a similar, but better one for $4K more. How convenient! We took the more expensive car for a test drive and asked the salesman about a strange sound (kind of a soft whomp whomp whomp). No answer. We asked to see the car fax report and sure enough, it had been in a serious accident. Steer clear of this place. More

So Nice! I had service on my car last week and I couldn’t of been happier with my experience from the moment of drop off to pick up. Also, it was nice to have free shuttle service back home and they picked me up to get my car when it was done. Everyone I came in contact with was just so nice. I also felt the bill was fair. People may not agree to take your car to the dealership for service but I’d rather it go to the place where people are most familiar with my car. More

Fast & efficient Brought my Optima in for a software update. Asked for an oil change and said itd be an hour and a half. 1 hour later I was driving away.
