Thank you Kia of Cherry Hill! We were looking for a vehicle and went to this dealer to inquire and test drive. The vehicle we were interested in had the price and features listed We were looking for a vehicle and went to this dealer to inquire and test drive. The vehicle we were interested in had the price and features listed on the sticker as is usual. We discussed the pricing briefly with our salesperson, met the dealer manager, and agreed to return the next day to discuss pricing and financing options. When we returned the following day, they had completely different pricing printed out with a roughly $4,000+ mark-up from the sticker that was on the vehicle on the lot the day before. I know this type of scam is called something but I will not state it here. Needless to say, we walked away--and a week later, found a phenomenal dealership with straightforward pricing, and purchased our car. If a dealership is including additional dealer mark-ups and selling above MSRP, it should be listed on the sticker of the car--not one price outside in the lot and a completely different price inside the door of the dealership once they know you are interested. More

Needed a battery, a 2nd key and it didn't have a warranty. Agreed upon price was then lifted $1,380. Dishonest dealership as advertised and held up to the stigmata given. Lay down sale, ruined. My parents drove over an hour to get there. And to have this happen Do not buy from them!! Mitsubishi will be out of business soon anyway. Stay away buyer beware!! More
