Deceived and Disappointed A few days ago, I purchased a 2016 Audi A3 from Kia Cherry Hill. I specifically selected it because of their internet price. I did all of the financing stuff by phone, and to be polite, because of the Covid ordeal, I didn't even test drive the car. I rushed through all of the signings of the documents, to get in and out. I made the mistake of trusting I was getting the advertised price. Unfortunately, I got home, read through the paperwork carefully, and realized I was charged nearly $4000.00 more because I did not get the "internet pricing." I called the next morning and the finance specialist told me it was because of "inflation." I knew there was nothing I could do about it, it was my fault. I just hate dishonesty. To add insult to injury, they didn't give me any floor mats and my lug nut caps are missing. I spent another $200 getting them from Audi parts. My only recourse is I would never buy or recommend them. Just disappointed and kicking myself for being foolish. The salesman was nice at least. More
