Worst car experience I have had in 66 years. Bought a 2024 Telluride in Aug 23 with salesman, Richard Klein, telling me tow hitch would be available in couple of weeks and would cost in the $300 Bought a 2024 Telluride in Aug 23 with salesman, Richard Klein, telling me tow hitch would be available in couple of weeks and would cost in the $300 range to purchase and install and he would keep on top of it. By October I was calling KIA HQ to find the part numbers. Since then Richard Klein again told me cost would be in the $300 range, then after him setting at least three appointments and cancelling them at the last minute for questionable reasons, he finally told me price had risen to $800. He again told me that was price for all materials and installation. After another set appointment and follow on excuse for why it had to be rescheduled, the day came for me to have tow hitch and installed. I called service before making the trip and the service representative told me Richard Klein had done this to them before and the real price for having the hitch installed was closer to $1500. A five fold increase to the quoted price. I have since called the dealership twice trying to get a contact point for the owner but have had to leave a message both times with Administrative Assistant, with no return call. The Dealership motto that the “Treat You Like Family” is a crock of crap. More
BUYER BEWARE I went to Cherry Hill Kia bc they were the only one who had what I was looking for.. and when I got there, all of a sudden it was sold and was then pressured into getting a newer one (which I only one who had what I was looking for.. and when I got there, all of a sudden it was sold and was then pressured into getting a newer one (which I didn’t mind that except feeling pressured) On THEIR website it told us the different percentage rates for the cars, and mind you we have PERFECT credit, then proceeded to tell us they couldn’t do those rates. Richard Klein (our salesman) “talked” to the finance manager several times to get to a more reasonable rate and payment (I have worked at a dealership so I know they are lying sneaks) We did end up buying, only bc my husband wanted to, I was ready to walk. Was rushed through the set up process of the infotainment center and never got the WiFi password or set up info. And as we were leaving Richard pressured us to give an outstanding review for him when the link was sent via email a few days later. Got the link and also got a “follow up” email from a manager which I replied to stating we still hadn’t gotten the information we needed and was waiting for it, never received a reply. Bought the car September 21, 2023, went to pick up my tags on October 9, 2023 and spoke to Richard in person asking for that info, and he said he would call me THAT DAY (he promised 🙄) and here it is the 11th and I had to text him to remind him, and he STILL doesn’t have it ready for me! Do your homework before going to this dealership, and I’d just avoid Richard at all costs… I’m not the only was that had a bad experience with him. Now I DO love my car, (I still feel I was screwed over monetarily and was DEFINITELY pressured) so this is review isn’t about the car, just the salesperson. More

Where, do we start, I took my car for service, oil change, I had moved from up north, it seem incompetence is all over South Jersey. One my Hid bulb burnt, I buy it there,not only lady work there have a nasty attitude in witch is everyone outhere they stick is awfull, they offer to put on, not only I paid about 300 bux for a xenon light bulb, but they break the headlight, and is expensive as xxxx my car have all this lights on the dashboard saying there a problem and they want act like they have nothing to do with it, so since im not the avarage woman, I question it and I was given run around, until I got pist and xxxx broke loose, they are incopetend and customer run around service suck big time. Wont even buy a car there, they dont deserve good customers, and your over priced on oil change, they dont do factory recomended checks in your vehicle they dont rotate your tires everything is a charge., and they change Staff and no one knows nothing, they promise they doing something and they dont do it. Make sure you get it in writing what ever they tell you, I recently had to change the other side bulb went somewhere else and notice the xxxxtie work they did on that other headlight, that they had to buy to replace the one they broke, and I had to call and place the order myself because they didn't do there job, and they thought I was going to go away, my bumper coming off there missing srcues here there and to believe, I gave it to kia dealer to work on it because I didn't want extra problems. Never again deal with them. Ohh and expect to run on there parking lot looking for your car because there to busy outside sitting down and smoking and can bring your vehicle to door where you drop it off. More

Got to the dealer and they told us the car was in transit and wouldnt be therre for a week but we "SHOULD LOOK AT OTHER CARS ON THE LOT." Lie #1. Straight up bate and switch. Then they show us another car we picked on the web site. They come back and tell us its $5,000 over sticker. " market adjustment" The site gives one price, then they tell you its more once you do all the papwerwork. Lie #2 Then they tell us our 2016 Optima would only fetch $2800 in a trade in. The final answer direct from the manager " BUY IT ON OUR TERMS OR WE WILL JUST SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE" So we ment to Mt. Holly Nissan. pruchased a New Altima for $1000 under sticker and they gave us $9,000 in trade in. BE AWARE OF THIS LOW CLASS DEALER More

Car Shoppers BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH with these guys! There’s so much that went wrong with my experience at the Cherry Hill Kia I have to bullet it. Worst experience EVER at a car dealership and I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime. 1. I was interested in buying a Wolf Gray Telluride. I called the CH Kia and asked if they had any in stock. I was told on the phone by Rich that they had 2. I get there and was then told by a different salesman that what he really meant was that they have 2 on allocation, but now that they got me there, they tried to sell me a black one that was actually in stock. 2. I told him that I wanted Gray so I would wait for it to come in. Asked for the price. He gave me the price and then printed the offer and specs on the car. I asked him if he could do better on the price of the car and he said that he would discuss with his manager and let me know. He told me that his manager would call me that night or early next morning. No Call that night or the next day. 3. I go the dealership the next day since I had not heard from anyone. When I get there the Salesman I worked with was not there. So ended up working with another salesman (Ryan). When I showed Ryan the offer I was given he told me that I was misquoted. Knowing that I was ready to buy the he then marked up the price an additional $9,274! Not kidding. After I explained to him that an offer was already made for much less he took my written offer from me and said that he will show his boss and see what he can do. He then came back without my written offer and simply reduced his number by $1,000. No apology and basically defended the process and treated me like I was born yesterday. He repeatedly cut me off when I tried to explain that you can’t make an offer to get people in the door and then change your price. That is the very definition of “Bait and Switch”! I asked for the print out of HIS offer and he would not give me that either. Told me to take a picture. At the end he shook my wife’s hand and didn’t even offer me his hand. Unbelievable! More

DO NOT GO! !! What a bunch of dirtbags! The dealership itself is a dump and should be condemned. We didn't even want to sit in the chairs they were so dirty. T !! What a bunch of dirtbags! Most of them were either having inappropriate conversations or were staring at their phones and singing loudly on the sales floor. The lot is a wreck with no clear customer parking section and the asphalt is broken up. The topper was when they wanted to sell us a car for $10,000 over sticker price. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. More

Before I arrived I called and spoke with a manager about the price of a vehicle and if they were available. He stated they sell at MSRP and yes. I stated that his sales associate stated above the MSRP listed price and he assured me he misspoke and he looked at the wrong car. I explicitly stated the MSRP price and asked if there would be anything added, the "market adjustment". He said no, they sell at MSRP. He texted me, so I once again via text asked if it was ONLY MSRP and no markups. He once again, with text evidence stated they only sell at MSRP, no markups from that or adjustments. I drive over an hour to this location prepared to purchase the vehicle. I meet with the person I have a scheduled appointment with. First I am told they have zero inventory of the vehicle in stock. I was lied to about it so they could get me into their dealership and now if I did want it, I'd have to wait till they arrived. Then I am told the price I was told was incorrect, they MUST add a markup, the "market adjustment" and it will be over MSRP. I could not believe how they treated me. I was in disbelief. This was blatant lies and shady business measures to get me to the dealership, an over hour drive for me, to inconvenience me, and then spit in my face with the constant switches and lies. I do not recommend ANYONE to go to this dealer and management needs to understand that what they are doing is wrong. We are people with everyday lives and to lie not once, but deceive me numerous times to come and make a few extra bucks on me is just disgusting. People are not just numbers. I get making a profit, but to agree on a profitable price, but then get me there to try and take more money while denying the original price discussed? Unexcusable. More
