Once there, we experienced an extremely slow and frustrating process of back-and-forth negotiations between the salesman and his finance manager. This is 2024 not 1954! You can literally confirm finance terms, sign all documents and pay through Apple Pay in less than 5 minutes! Kia is a modern, technology-driven brand trapped by a sales system from the last century. This type of outdated sales tactic is not only inconvenient but particularly challenging for a young family. Having to bring our children to the dealership while waiting for basic financing terms that other companies could finalize on a mobile phone in minutes is unacceptable. In an age where immediate digital transactions are the norm, it's comical and very disappointing to go through such an old school approach. Fortunately, I found a vastly different experience at another dealership—Martin Kia. They were prepared and transparent, providing excellent financing terms which we were able to finalize within 10 minutes over the phone. Their documentation process was digital so we could prep everything BEFORE we had to go to the dealership. The only thing we had to do there was sign and pick up our beautiful 2024 Telluride. Their efficiency and customer experience was an extreme contrast to what I experienced at Cherry Hill Kia. I urge Cherry Hill Kia to please modernize your approach and take cues from competitors who prioritize customer convenience using basic technology advancements from the past 30 years. It's high time to abandon a 100-year old practice and catch up with today's consumer expectations. More
Buyer beware! They do not honor lease agreement. We leased our kia sportage from them and 14 days before the lease was up we visited the dealership to buy out the They do not honor lease agreement. We leased our kia sportage from them and 14 days before the lease was up we visited the dealership to buy out the lease and keep our car. Our buyout price on our contract was $14,000. The salesman came over after visiting with his manager and put a piece of paper in front of us with the price total of just over $21,000??? How does this happen? We were told that in order to sell us our car the dealership would need to " certify " the car and sell it to us as a certified preowned vehicle. They also stated that the dealership does not follow KIA rules and that they are able to set their own rules. What a joke! After going back and forth for over 2 hours trying to buy "our lease" they dropped the price down to $19,000. We walked out!! I went home and called Kia Finance who was on our lease and did the purchase online for the $14,000 that was on our contract plus taxes owed at a total of just over $16,000. More
I purchased a 2024 KIA Sportage back in February of 2024 from this dealership. As of Saturday July 6th 2024, I still don’t have a legal license plate or proper registration for my vehicle. My 2nd issued tem from this dealership. As of Saturday July 6th 2024, I still don’t have a legal license plate or proper registration for my vehicle. My 2nd issued temp tag expired back in April. The dealership stated there was some sort of screw up with the paperwork, however no one took the time to call me and give me an update. To this date, I’m still waiting on my license plate and registration. The SUV itself has been back to the dealership multiple times to the point that I’m looking into my options. I have zero trust in the dealership itself. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotation that I was paying for. When I received the vehicle back from the Service Advisor, I noticed the tires hadn’t been rotated as I requested. The manager of the service department spoke with the mechanic who was assigned my vehicle. The mechanic admitted that he didn’t rotate the tires because HE didn’t feel as though they needed to be rotated. Please keep in mind I was paying for this service. I personally will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Due to so many mishaps and mistakes on their end, I could NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership or any dealership affiliated with this company. I’m giving you the extreme short version of this situation, however please know that it has been a major inconvenience. I was only accommodated into a rental once after I brought the vehicle back twice in the same day due to mechanical issues. Please use caution if you plan to purchase at this dealership or any dealership affiliated with this dealership. More
I visited this dealership twice in 2022 first time the sales wasn’t prepared to make a deal. Second time they doubled the price of the car for “market adjustment” and ignored my online credit application. sales wasn’t prepared to make a deal. Second time they doubled the price of the car for “market adjustment” and ignored my online credit application. Shady sales tactics all around. I have since moved away and they continuously call me about my end of lease when I have said I have moved away and not listening. 10/10 run away More
Bought a new Kia Forte GT the beginning of April. When I got home after the car was "prepped", I found some type of gritty substance on 1/3 of the roof that luckily, I removed with cleaner wax. I the When I got home after the car was "prepped", I found some type of gritty substance on 1/3 of the roof that luckily, I removed with cleaner wax. I then noticed a number of fine scratches on the trunk, which I also removed with cleaner wax. Also, the steering wheel, gas pedal, brake pedal and dead pedal still had the protective plastic on them. To top it off, while driving it home I felt the ride was very hard. Checked the air pressure a couple of hours later and all tires were at 46 psi. Should have been 33 psi. Not what one would call good dealer prep. The sales person was halfway decent but he sure seemed like he was in a rush whenever we asked a question. I have a free first oil change but I think I will do it myself. At least I know it will be done properly. The one decent bright spot was the financial women who handled all the paperwork, even though we paid cash. Another positive was the ease of picking up the license plates and registration, which we did today. More

Worst car experience I have had in 66 years. Bought a 2024 Telluride in Aug 23 with salesman, Richard Klein, telling me tow hitch would be available in couple of weeks and would cost in the $300 Bought a 2024 Telluride in Aug 23 with salesman, Richard Klein, telling me tow hitch would be available in couple of weeks and would cost in the $300 range to purchase and install and he would keep on top of it. By October I was calling KIA HQ to find the part numbers. Since then Richard Klein again told me cost would be in the $300 range, then after him setting at least three appointments and cancelling them at the last minute for questionable reasons, he finally told me price had risen to $800. He again told me that was price for all materials and installation. After another set appointment and follow on excuse for why it had to be rescheduled, the day came for me to have tow hitch and installed. I called service before making the trip and the service representative told me Richard Klein had done this to them before and the real price for having the hitch installed was closer to $1500. A five fold increase to the quoted price. I have since called the dealership twice trying to get a contact point for the owner but have had to leave a message both times with Administrative Assistant, with no return call. The Dealership motto that the “Treat You Like Family” is a crock of crap. More
BUYER BEWARE I went to Cherry Hill Kia bc they were the only one who had what I was looking for.. and when I got there, all of a sudden it was sold and was then pressured into getting a newer one (which I only one who had what I was looking for.. and when I got there, all of a sudden it was sold and was then pressured into getting a newer one (which I didn’t mind that except feeling pressured) On THEIR website it told us the different percentage rates for the cars, and mind you we have PERFECT credit, then proceeded to tell us they couldn’t do those rates. Richard Klein (our salesman) “talked” to the finance manager several times to get to a more reasonable rate and payment (I have worked at a dealership so I know they are lying sneaks) We did end up buying, only bc my husband wanted to, I was ready to walk. Was rushed through the set up process of the infotainment center and never got the WiFi password or set up info. And as we were leaving Richard pressured us to give an outstanding review for him when the link was sent via email a few days later. Got the link and also got a “follow up” email from a manager which I replied to stating we still hadn’t gotten the information we needed and was waiting for it, never received a reply. Bought the car September 21, 2023, went to pick up my tags on October 9, 2023 and spoke to Richard in person asking for that info, and he said he would call me THAT DAY (he promised 🙄) and here it is the 11th and I had to text him to remind him, and he STILL doesn’t have it ready for me! Do your homework before going to this dealership, and I’d just avoid Richard at all costs… I’m not the only was that had a bad experience with him. Now I DO love my car, (I still feel I was screwed over monetarily and was DEFINITELY pressured) so this is review isn’t about the car, just the salesperson. More
