There’s probably not a reason to go over it any further I’ve moved on from the dealership seeing that Citrus Motors Kia of Ontario is a lot closer anyway to me. I just felt loyal to return back there since I had purchased the vehicle there and had great service from the prior service advisor Victor Chen and technicians on previous issues and recall services etc.. What I would say that was when you leave two and three messages on their phone for your service advisor first name Nick I don’t know his last name and they never call you back and you tell him it’s important because you’re on your way out there but you never get a call back. And then when you talk to other service advisors on the phone and you tell them about the issue you’re having and the clunking shock noise that just started they have no knowledge or advice other than bringing it in and we will have to look at it totally unaware that there’s a TSB on the vehicle for self leveling suspension and shock rattle etc. I would just say please have your service advisors be a little more knowledgeable on the Kia brand when somebody ask about something like that and at least make an attempt to call back when somebody calls and leaves you several messages. As soon as I went into citrus motorsKia of Ontario the two service technicians that had come from your dealership instantly told me here’s what it is we have a technical service bulletin on that issue and it’s under and extended Kia warranty. After several attempts I knew I was not important and my concerns did not warrant a phone call back to set up an appointment to bring it in. Thank you very much

It makes sense now there are under new ownership so the phone calls the constant emails and text messages and more phone calls to trade in my vehicle and make a sale all makes sense now. With all the service advisors gone the technicians and sales staff I’ve moved onto Citrus Motors Kia of Ontario and all of my old staff from Kia of Cerritos is out there and happy
