Kia of Cape Coral

New car was USED! Horrible from the get go! I called and asked if they had exactly what i was looking for and i was told YES, nine exact models! I confirmed and drove u Horrible from the get go! I called and asked if they had exactly what i was looking for and i was told YES, nine exact models! I confirmed and drove up there. No such car on the lot. Ok, i was tricked. However, I was told the vehicle could be "ordered". One was located in GA, so we began the haggling. (My credit was pre-approved so no need to do credit check) But, ironically the car was sold during the negotiaton BUT another one was found in a different color. I asked them what the color Black Cherry looked like and he showed me a Telluride with the same color. It was really pretty, so I agreed. After almost 6 hours of back and forth, they bring me the "application" with the numbers to sign and turns out they wrote down LESS for my trade in than what was offered! Another 30 minutes later, I was told my car would be here in a day or two. It was here the next day, BUT it needed to be detailed so i had to wait til the following day. (today). I went to pick it up, and it was NOT the color of the Telluride as i was told, it was black. The Telluride, turns out, is Sangria NOT Black Cherry. The next thing I see are nasty smudge marks all over the car. I get in and the interior is scuffed and the NEW vehicle I'm so excited about has almost 250 miles on it. It was driven from wherever it came from. When i inquired about the mileage, i was told "most new vehicles have between 20 and 40 miles" WHAT?? So, I get out out walk around the car and there is large, deep scratch on the back!! I was told it could be buffed out. The back fender covers were scuffed and scratched, but no one was there today to take care of the blemishes? I honestly have no idea HOW they did not see this during the DETAILING! So, now I'm there another hour and a half with cash in hand and being told that i needed to come back AGAIN! NO WAY! I was offered NOTHING to make it right except that i could have a dealer tag on the car and take it home today and bring it back tomorrow! I'm sorry, but I'm not spending 27000 on a new car that has scuffs and a big scratch AND is NOT the color I was told it would be and I certainly dont want to show it off like that! I took my trade in and my cash and will look elsewhere. Sad, because I bought my last car from them and will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE EVER again More

Very disappointed The only reason we went to fuccillo was because a friends son works there. He was great. Thats the only upside. I traded an acura because the tranny was goi g for a used suv. Fuccillo never transfered the title. A tow company contacted me the the acura was abandoned on the side of the road. They towed it and when * called them and told them its sold, they said it was sold at auction. I can assume the tranny acted up and thats why it was left. When I called fuccillo noone could or would help me so i went to the DMV sat an hour to show the sales paper proving it was traded. We bought the suv in 2017 and this happened in early 18. The other poor customer service that upset me was I make an appointment for an oil change, yes a set time and 2 hours later I finally was done. I did this twice same wait period. My mother-in-law also has a van from them and insisted we go to them and again 2 hour wait, ridicules!! Last wen my wife and I went to the credit union to refinance the suv an found a stop on the title. Again a trip to the DMV to find that even though we bought the SUV 7/14/17 on 7/25/17 someone in NY was issued a title for our car??? Im thinking fuccillo again didnt transfer the title. It must be a trend with them. Today I get a letter from the tax collector that a stop is on the SUV and my motorcycle that has been paid off for years. Call DMV who said the stop is now corrected on the SUV but the motorcycle has a lein because of the towing on the acura, again fuccillo falls short. The woman at DMV see's where I came in and had them mark "sold" with proof and is researching why I have the lein. I will never buy another car from them and hope you dont either. Once you leave the lot, your on your own. P.S. I never missed a single payment. Good luck..I give them ZERO STARS IN ALL CATEGORIES..I marked 1 bcs it wouldnt let me submit. More
