Unethical and dishonest. I negotiated a price on a '24 Kia Telluride and went in to sign the paperwork. I confirmed the agreed upon price with the salesman before sitting down with finance. The dealership was closing and there was a LOT of paperwork to go through. Somehow the price had been inflated by $2,995, which I noticed the following day. Coincidence it was for the same amount as the dealer prep charge they had agreed to drop? An honest mistake. Or so I thought. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the mistake and presented them with the document clearly showing the correct, lower price. It had my name, my salesman's name, the sales mgr. name, VIN... so no mistaking it was for the same vehicle. It was in writing. After many delays, the finance guy contacted me. The General Sales Manager had determined the document was invalid because it was not signed. I asked if I needed to get an attorney and was told that, since I said the word attorney, he could not speak to me any longer. I had inadvertently signed the paperwork for the inflated price. An honest mistake. A $2,995 mistake. I escalated my request for a refund to the Customer Service Mgr. She said she would look into it. After over a week she gave me the same answer, the document with the negotiated price was not signed so they would not correct the mistake. If the mistake was in my favor, they surely would have expected me to correct it. And I would have. What should have been an exciting time has turned into dread every time I see my new car. I write this review in the hopes that I can save somebody else the nightmare of dealing with these shady characters. More

Salesman Latre Hilliare along with manager Jeremiah should have brought me to another vehicle without or at least mentioned that car was already equipped these items. Then the finance guy Teddy added the battery protection onto the invoice. BEWARE of these CROOKS. More
