Purchase 2018 Kia Stinger December of 2018. Beautiful car. Kia of Bowie sold me a car with possible hood damage. Never told me or list it. The rest of my car looks like it right of the showroom. reported 11/2024, 6/2024 2, My passenger side mirror stop working. Reported 06/2024. Kia of Bowie & Kia Customer service change employee often. Kia of Bowie & Customer Service will not stand behind there product. No one will respond. about the problems. Instead they keep contacting me to trade in and buy a new Kia. Nope my car is 95% almost paid for. and this is my dream car.Actually I would advise Dont buy a Kia. They do not represent there product , they just want your money. Hey Kia prove me wrong. More
Service advisor was friendly and efficient. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time , but they were ready to take me. Clean waiting room. Job was done quickly. I experience of this dealership was that it was a miracle. I just driven from Michigan and my new Kia Nero when suddenly I got warnings and limped into Maryland very stressed out. No dealership near miracle. I just driven from Michigan and my new Kia Nero when suddenly I got warnings and limped into Maryland very stressed out. No dealership near Severna Park was willing to do a night diagnostic until I found the bowie Kia dealership. They greeted me with Smiles and encouragement and Jeremy Ford was so reassuring that my blood pressure returned to normal. I was worried that I was going to be stranded in Maryland, but Jeremy got on the case immediately and gave me a call and told me what was wrong and that it was safe to return to Michigan, but what I needed to tell my dealership there . Charged me nothing. They also were serving customers breakfast there creating delicious omelettes for people and the coffee was outstanding. All in all, I can’t say enough. Jeremy and the crew there made my Thanksgiving. More
My husband and I traveled from Michigan for Thanksgiving in Maryland only to have a warning sign come up in the wilds of Pennsylvania. We finally made it the day before Thanksgiving to Maryland only to be turned down by several dealerships for diagnosis of the problem. We were, so happy when Kia Bowie immediately agreed to look at the problem. Jeremy Ford was the service rep who reassured me that he would get to the diagnostic action that very morning and would call me immediately because because he understood that we wanted to drive back to Michigan the day after Thanksgiving. he called me that very morning and told me what was wrong with the car, that it was safe to drive back, that it wasn’t my fault, and gave me the paperwork to show what to give to my dealership in Michigan. His kindness and responsiveness and good humor were so encouraging that my husband and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we are now driving back to Michigan feeling safe and secure. Thank you, Kia of Bowie and Jeremy Ford. More
The staff, especially the young lady receptionist, are very rude and unorganized. After they had my car for several days I had to call to get a status. Therefore, I informed them that I will pick my car up and take it to another favorable dealership for service. More
I when to the service department and told them one of my tires had a slow leak. It was the same tire they had repaired maybe 2 months ago. Waited over an hour before they told me that they didn't order the tire. Why did it take that long. I will never know. That was poor customer service and no consideration for the customer or the customer time. Reported it to the manager on duty and I got the deer in the headlight look from him. More
I was waiting for at least 2 hours just to get my oil changed. I looked out in the parking lot and apparently my car had been done, for who knows how long, and they hadn’t come to get me from the lobby t changed.
