I was very pleased with the whole purchasing process with KIA of Auburn. I was having trouble with my car's transmission and needed a car quickly. I made an appointment on a Monday night for the next day at 9:00. Anthony Brown was my sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the Forte I wanted. He explained my options and I was able to take a test drive shortly afterward. The finance director, Marshall McGuire, explained the warranty and my financing option very thoroughly. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Anthony introduced me to the service manager. After signing the papers my new car was washed and filled up. I highly recommend KIA of Auburn to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

I spoke with a salesperson by the name of Marcus or Maurice? He was prompt with finding out if there was a Carnival available and said they'd try a dealer trade and get back to me. I did; however, have David call say they did have an incoming LXS and said if they could get down to my offer if I would give them a sale- I said 100%. Well, he never called back after that. I did try calling one more time and spoke with Sophia. She was exceptional, she promptly found one I wanted and quickly tried to get it reserved for me. As she was trying to help, I had found another dealership closer that offered a lower markup (that I had requested from Auburn) so I stopped the sale before it had started, but would only come back to this dealership for Sophia. I bought a brand new K5 GT from Kia of Auburn (I live in Atlanta) things went very smoothly and we were super happy with the overall buying process. However, like most dealerships, once the car is out of their hands, they don’t care much about their customers. Or atleast that’s the impression they gave us. They offered to deliver the car to me here at my home, and took my Audi trade in. Long story short, the entire front wheel assembly was damaged on the BRAND NEW car (I would prefer to believe this was caused by the gentleman delivering the car and that the dealership didn’t knowingly send me a damaged vehicle). Took it straight to our local Kia and they were very helpful at getting my car in right away, unfortunately the parts are going to take a few weeks to come in. When we notified the sales team at Auburn, they failed to take any responsibility and did not offer any solutions. I was told they would send me a loaner (our local Kia did not have loaners at the time) which I never even heard back about. I never heard from the sales manager Maurice until I let them know I was leaving a review. He called me and STILL failed to take any sort of responsibility and basically the only thing he seemed to be concerned about was the rating that I gave their dealership when Kia emailed me after the purchase. I’m sure this could be a great experience for you if you test drive and then drive the car off the lot yourself. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here otherwise. More

They called me several times about coming to look at car then I go and they say they can't get me anything. Swapped my salesman 6 times . We have our car there multiple times to fix the air conditioner not blowing all the time take it in and it starts blowing they say they can’t find anything but sees it will stop blowing again a day lat conditioner not blowing all the time take it in and it starts blowing they say they can’t find anything but sees it will stop blowing again a day later and all they do is try to diagnose it again then when try get it to start again they want to keep our only car to try and get it to stop again but they already know it could blow for a couple of days then stop. They know this is our only car and they also know the air can start or stop blowing at any time and they want us to keep wasting gas and time taking it back when it stops just to diagnose it and it starts back then do nothing for us. I was contacted by the sales team after submitting a Kelley blue book instant cash offer. The manager of the internet sales department told me she had a cash offer in hand for my car. After arrival, they attempted to sell me a car off the lot and offer a trade-in value. The sales rep told me their motive was to get potential customers in the door "anyway possible". They were not interested in my car after promising me the minimum amount from Kelley blue book. Desperate unethical sales tactics. Beware!!! More
