Typical car salesman! I originally gave my experience a high rating, however recent events have led me to write a new review, I am a part time employee at EAMC. I was suppo I originally gave my experience a high rating, however recent events have led me to write a new review, I am a part time employee at EAMC. I was supposed to receive a discount for being an employee. I provided all of the proper documentation proving thus. When coming to the realization that I didn't get my discount, I called and spoke to one of the salesmans. He told me that he spoke to his manager and was told that the cars listing price was originally $15,300 and I got it for $14,300, which gave me a 1k off EAMC discount. This was a lie. Before even telling him that I was an EAMC employee, he told me that the LISTED price was $14,300. I was then told to call to speak with the manager (Maverick Dodd) and he would better assist me. He gave me the same exact spill. I called him out on the same lie, I also work full time at a doctors office, which I did tell my salesman upfront. The doctors office I work at however, does not receive a Kia discount. Maverick then butted in and said that they give everybody that works in the healthcare industry in the area the same discount that they do EAMC and that that's how my salesman knew to give me that price. WRONG! I do not buy into that lie. I feel taken advantage of as a female and will never do business with Kia again after this car is paid off. I gave them an excellent rating and then they had the nerve to lie to my face. I know that they do not care what I say now or how I feel because I just bought a $14,300 car from them. I will tell you this, if you want people to trust you and bring their family and friends to you to do business .. DON"T LIE!!!! More
Great customer service all the way around! I made an inquiry to kia of auburn late Thursday night and first thing Friday morning Brandon texted me about what I was looking for. Within an hour o I made an inquiry to kia of auburn late Thursday night and first thing Friday morning Brandon texted me about what I was looking for. Within an hour or two his sales manager called me with a price and full details on the vehicle. They answered all of my questions very honestly and with detailed explanations. Each time I spoke with them they either provided me with an answer right then or got back with me within minutes. There were no games or gimmicks with any of them. And when I came in to purchase my car the next day, everyone there was extremely nice. My experience there was unlike any ive ever had at any dealership. They also had me out of there in a timely manner. I would highly recommend purchasing from there. I am from Columbus, ga and I made the 45 minute commute soley on the customer service they provided me with. More
