We made an appointment for that afternoon after work. When we got there, Taylor had already chosen a car (based on information I had given him over the phone) for us to look at and test drive, Long story short, my husband and I both love the car. Taylor worked to help us negotiate just the right deal so that we could make our purchase . He was very professional and determined to make sure that our experience was a pleasant one. We didn't feel pressured at any time to buy the car. After we made the purchase, Taylor has checked on us to make sure that we were ok and to answer any questions that we might have after purchasing a new car. He has made himself available at anytime if we should need him. Knowing my busy work schedule, he even came to my workplace to pick up my car to have it detailed and brought it back to me.
