Don't buy any other Car!!!!! So... me and the wife were looking for a new ride and had been hearing AMAZING things about the new Kias. There are too many things to brag on Kia of Auburn for so... I hope this review box will allow my spiel. 1. Walking up to the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly yet down to earth group of people who quickly made me feel like I was walking into a building full of best friends. 2. If you guys haven't seen Kia in a while, let me tell you their Cars have Made leaps and bounds, guaranteed the best of quality, luxury, and performance. 3. Not only was my Sales Rep cool as heck, but I actually made a personal friend at my, now dealership of choice (yes you Brandon Gray). 4. Most dealerships pay their employees commission which is recipe for a stress filled, car buying experience, especially if you're trying to save as much money as possible to fit a budget. At Kia they are on a salary base pay, which allows them to stay relaxed and focused on your needs and desires financially, instead of trying to push you into buying a vehicle at the highest legal amount possible. Lol 5. I learned a lot of things about Kia and it's new progressions that made me not only feel comfortable about my buy, but made me sure that I didnt want any other Makes, and ever again. 6. The cars are impressively nice, backed by one of the best warrantees ever known to man, which proves their reliability. I could go on and on but no one would read this... haha Needless to say Kia has made a new friend and has won my business for the rest of my car driving life. Thanks guys, and a shout out to the coolest cat there, Brandon Gray. Thanks for the sweet Optima man. This man made absolutely sure that my family had a great experience and made sure we came out of that dealership with happy faces and a nice brand new ride that we could afford. botched up my lease paperwork I leased a KIA Sedona 2015 last month. I specifically instructed and told them that I will be registering the vehicle in Houstin Texas. I received let I leased a KIA Sedona 2015 last month. I specifically instructed and told them that I will be registering the vehicle in Houstin Texas. I received letter from the Texas Tag office three weeks later instructing me that I owe 2300.00 in sales tax on the leased vehicle. I informed KIA auburn about the letter. They told me that was that there was an error on their part and paperwork was filed incorrectly and the state taxes was calculated was for Alabama. I told them they need to fix this because this is their fault. They gave me a run around for the past three days without taking ownership of the problem.
