Okay my 10th time back to Kia of South Attleboro and another pleasant experience it’s like going to your best friends house and being welcomed. I called to make an appointment for an oil change. During the call I was I formed of multiple recalls that need to be fixed. This was the first time I was told about these issues. Then I was told that During the call I was I formed of multiple recalls that need to be fixed. This was the first time I was told about these issues. Then I was told that even tho the service department closes at 7:00pm on Monday & Wednesday, they can not do recalls after 3:00pm. I said, I can't be there by 3:00pm due to work and I was told I should take a personal or sick day from work. I informed them I am an independent contractor and I don't get any paid days out. There was no clear explanation about why they recalls can't be dealt with at 4:00pm when my oil change was scheduled for but I have had the car for years and NEVER had an issue getting a recall taken care of. Everything at this dealership has become an issue and I wish I had bought the car somewhere else!! More
