I can only say that my two visits to Kia of Attleboro, I didn't see any of that old school tomfoolery. Though my only experience was with the service department, everyone with whom I interacted was (as far as I could tell) straight with me. No pressure to do service items that were not reasonable to do. Promises kept. Courtesy all the way. While my interactions with corporate Kia (in California) have been less than satisfactory, if I were to buy another Kia, I would look first to KoA. I know nothing about the sales department, but most apples falling from a tree tend to be similar. Jason, Peter, Courtney all gave terrific service. This is why I drive 30 miles further than my nearby Kia dealership, to go to KoA. More

I was disappointed with my first service after purchasing my 2020 Sportage. I hoped for at least maybe a vacuuming and a quick wash but neither happened. Every new vehicle I’ve purchased a service package with made it complimentary. I had to come twice because although they could see I had booked an appointment online for 3pm nobody bothered to call me to let me know they were closing early now. I called from the lot at 2:45 pm when they refused me for an oil change because of said closing at 3pm. Neither of the 2 people sitting at the counter answered my call. It bounced back to the person who originally answered the call and she scheduled it because I was very unhappy with the circumstances. The next day the service was no better. I was caught in traffic and trying to call to let them know as it was again nearing the 3 pm closing. From 2:43-3:05 when I arrived nobody bothered to answer the phone at all. I got my key but not directed to my car. More
