Every single time, since the changeover, it’s one thing after another, she goes in for an oil change and it’s “You need this, Yiu need this!” EVERY TIME! The checking people are no where near as friendly either, they’re quite rude sometimes! So sorry for the bad 1 star and harsh review, but I’m tired of my Mom being treated this way! More

I feel as if though some of the mechanics are not properly trained, the second time I had my car serviced at the Attleboro, Ma location the check engine light came on as soon as they brought it back properly trained, the second time I had my car serviced at the Attleboro, Ma location the check engine light came on as soon as they brought it back to me. They had to return it back to the same mechanic to fix the problem so I could leave. And all I had done that day was a fuel system clean up. Horrible Customer Service, I took my 2020 KIA Sportage in, due to the AC not working! I was told the condenser was damaged by a foreign object and would not be covered by warranty, $904 to be exact! I took it to another dealership, my AC was fixed by replacing an O ring, which was missing/damaged at the factory. I have emails and paperwork with the bogus estimate from KIA Attleboro. I will never visit KIA of Attleboro again. I reached out to the salesperson and spoke to two service workers, which were all useless during this whole ordeal. More
