we purchased multiple Hyundai's vehicles and one of our cars has a lifetime oil change package that we purchased. EACH TIME WE GO TO DO OIL CHANGE THEY ARE RUDE AND THIS LAST TIME MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WHEN WE GOT THERE SAID THEY DO NOT HONOR THE LIFETIME PKG THERE ANYMORE AND WE NEED YO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO HAVE IT DONE AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Very friendly staff, got me in and out with all the work done in a timely manner. Even washed and vacuumed the car. Evey time I have an appointment im stuck there for 2 hours. I will have to say this is the worst dealership I have ever delt with. The only positive thing this dealer has is it loan department and my s hours. I will have to say this is the worst dealership I have ever delt with. Terrible. 2 hour wait for oil change w/appt, called my wife instead of asking me in the waiting room a ? Left vehicle with leaves inside after checking cabin filter. I Purchased the car from this dealership have had all my repair work done at the dealership and now when I went to them with a problem I find that they did not help me in the best way possible. I called be repair work done at the dealership and now when I went to them with a problem I find that they did not help me in the best way possible. I called because I’m losing major paint from my vehicle which was just paid for recently it’s only seven years old. They told me to bring it in and they would take pictures of it. When I arrived they Immediately said that it was not covered as it was over three years old and had over 36k miles both they knew before making the appointment! I sat there for an hour and a half in a showroom full of people wearing masks and at the end of it all they told me that they washed my car and that if I wanted I could take up the paint issue with Kia directly!! What was my purpose in going ...and why would I want to expose myself to all theses people if just to waste my time? More
